In order to carry out the hybridization and breed new varieties of Sorghum-Sudangrass of excellent traits,the 13 experimental materials were Mengnong Qingsi No.1,Mengnong Qingsi No.2,Mengnong Qingsi No.3,Mengnong No.4,Mengnong No.5,Mengnong No.6,Mengnong No.7,Mengnong No.8,Mengnong No.9,Mengnong No.10,Mengnong No.11,Mengnong No.12,Mengnong No.13,which were bred by our research group.The yield and quality traits and cytology and SSR of each variety were analyzed.The main results were as follows:1.The average growth period of the 13 varieties of Sorghum-Sudangrass was 124 to 159 days,the average height of plants was 175.55 to 414.82cm,the average fresh yield were 123270.7kg/hm2 to 159584.4kg/hm2,the average number of tillers per plant were 3.33 to 8.33.2.The content of hydrocyanic acid was 3.11mg/kg to 30.12mg/kg,among them there were 5 varieties with super-low HCN content(HCN<15mg/kg).The ratio of stem to leave was 2.33 to 4.41,and Mengnong No.11 and Mengnong No.13 had smaller ratio and better quality.3.In jointing stage,the content of fresh crude protein was 9.11%to 15.09%,the crude fiber content was 24.07%to 36.09%,the soluble carbohydrate was 28.93%to 43%.The 13 series varieties of Sorghum-Sudangrass with high feeding value were rich in calcium and phosphorus.Among them,Mengnong No.7 had the most balanced nutrient quality.4.The pollen fertility rate was above 94%,and the chromosome pairing behavior at PMCM I was regular(2n=2x=10 ?).The frequency of ring divalent was higher than rod divalent's.Heredity of chromosome was stable.5.A total of 13 primers were screened which were suitable for genomic DNA amplification of Sorghum-Sudangrass.These primers were used for PCR amplification of 13 materials,and amplified 285 bands which were polymorphic,and the polymorphism rate was up to 92.8%.The SSR fingerprint that could distinguish each material was established by primers AH46.Based on the GD value of 0.62,the 13 materials can be divided into 5 categories:Mengnong Qingsi No.1 and the Mengnong No.10,No.13 and No.12 were the first class.Mengnong Qingsi No.2,No.4,No.5,No.9 and No.7 were the second class.Mengnong No.6 and No.8 were the third class.And Mengnong No.11 and No.3 were two separate classes.
