In this study,two varieties with significant differences in β-glucan content were obtained by screening the β-glucan content data of 24 Avena nuda varieties.The β-glucan synthase(AsCSLH)gene of these two varieties was cloned,and the sequence analysis of the genes in different varieties was analyzed and analyzed by bioinformatics.The main results and analysis are as follows:1.The content of β-glucan in 24 Avena nuda varieties is 2.5%-7.0%.Among them,the variety with the lowest β-glucan content is:’Huazao 2’;the variety with the highest β-glucan content is:’Neiyou 6’.2.The full-length AsCSLH gene cDNA of the Avena nuda variety’Huazao 2’ was 2277bp,and the full length of the AsCSLH gene gDNA was 2953bp.The full-length AsCSLH gene cDNA is 2277 bp,the full-length AsCSLH gene gDNA is 2953 bp,and is composed of 7 exons and 6 introns;bioinformatics analysis shows that the two gene sequences are consistent.3.The Avena nuda AsCSLH gene encodes a total of 758 amino acids.It is predicted to be a hydrophilic protein with a theoretical isoelectric point of 6.8,a molecular weight of 83.15kD,6 transmembrane domains and no signal peptide.Its secondary structure is α-Helix(Hh)dominates,and the prediction of the tertiary structure is consistent with the secondary structure.4.The amino acid sequence encoded by AsCSLH gene of Avena nuda has the farthest relationship with rice evolution,with a homology of 63%;it has the closest relationship with barley evolution,with a homology of 85%.
