| Animal husbandry is one of the basic and pillar industries in China.Beef cattle industry is an important part of animal husbandry in China.With the development of society and the improvement of people's diet quality,beef as a healthy meat with high protein is more and more favored by people than pig and other livestock meat.The consumption of beef in China is increasing year by year.In the market situation,China's beef cattle industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and has become the world's third largest beef cattle production country.Beef cattle industry not only plays an important role in increasing farmers' income and adjusting residents' dietary structure,but also plays an important role in food safety and rural revitalization strategy.Due to the long growth cycle of beef cattle and the imperfect industrial chain,the efficiency of China's beef cattle industry is low.The contradiction between supply and demand in China's beef cattle market is increasingly prominent,and its development is restricted to some extent.Moreover,forage supply is also one of the important factors restricting the development of beef cattle industry in China.China's beef cattle breeding continues to scale,intensive development,large-scale beef cattle feeding,the important thing is to have perennial balanced supply of forage grass.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance for China's large-scale beef cattle breeding industry to find a perfect and balanced perennial balanced supply model of forage grass,break through the limitation of forage grass supply,and realize annual balanced supply.Changning County Nine Beef Cattle Breeding Co.,Ltd.has a breeding base of 380 acres.The company has more than 3500 acres of high-quality forage planting bases.The beef cattle breeds are Simmental and Angus cattle,both are bulls.For the purpose of short-term fattening,the introduction of shelf cattle around 1 year old,fattening on average 4 months.In 2019,about 9,000 beef cattle were slaughtered,including about 7,500 Simmental cattle and about 1,500 Angus cattle.The average number of beef cattle in 2019 is about 3,500.The average weight of imported cattle is about 300 kg,and the average weight of slaughter is about 600 kg.The cattle farm needs 31937.5t of fresh grass in one year.If converted into hay,it needs about 15968.75 t in one year.During the feeding process,king bamboo grass,ryegrass,corn stalks,and straw can be replaced with each other according to the seasonal output.In addition,the annual demand for distiller's grains in cattle farms is 5110 tons.Nine cattle farms mainly use corn,soybean meal,rapeseed meal,wheat bran,premix,and salt in the concentrated feed,the proportions are 60%,15%,10%,10%,4%,1%,average one cow Feeding 4kg of feed for one day will consume 5110 t of concentrate for one year.The forage supply system of the farm mainly includes various effective methods such as self-sufficiency,project coordination and acquisition:(1)planting 600 acres of royal bamboo grass with a yield of 20 tons per mu;15200t of forage can be provided throughout the year.(2)Changning County planted silage corn,harvested 15,000 mu of silage corn in 2018,with a total output of more than 40,000 tons.In addition,radiation has driven more than 2,000 farmers and 5,000 acres of pasture.(3)Purchase distiller's grains from wineries,and purchase corn stalks and forages from farmers for use in silage.The concentrate groups come from feed companies and markets,respectively.This paper adopts the methods of literature review and horizontal comparison.Based on the production theory of forage industry and the relevant researches of beef cattle industry by domestic and foreign scholars,the development status of beef cattle at home and abroad,the development trend of large-scale beef cattle breeding at home and abroad,and the supply status of forage grass for large-scale beef cattle breeding were expounded.The status and significance of China's beef cattle industry,the level of beef consumption and the problems existing in the beef cattle industry are analyzed.Then,the trend and existing problems of large-scale beef cattle breeding in China were discussed,and it was found that forage grass supply mode was one of the important factors restricting the development of beef cattle industry,and the current situation of forage grass supply in large-scale beef cattle breeding was discussed.On the basis of studying has been discussed above,east nine cattle scale beef cattle farms in Yibin area as an example,the combination of scale beef cattle farms grass perennial balanced supply mode was analyzed,and size from the beef cattle farms,cattle physiological parameters,feed requirement,hours,etc on the analysis,in order to find a good scale beef cattle breeding combination mode and grass perennial balanced supply mode,to promote the development of scale beef cattle breeding industry in China. |
