Technical Research On Farmland Infrastructure To Promote Agricultural Modernization In Chongqing

Agricultural modernization refers to the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,the establishment of agriculture on the basis of modern science,the use of modern science and technology and modern industry to equip agriculture,the use of modern economic science to manage agriculture,the creation of a high-yield,high-quality,low-cost agricultural production system and a rational use of resources,but also the protection of the environment,agricultural ecosystem with high transformation efficiency 。 The development of agricultural modernization in China is extremely unbalanced.The northern plain and the Southern Hills and mountains are the two extremes of agricultural modernization.Great achievements have been made in the new industrialization and urbanization in the southern region.The difficulties and shortcomings are agricultural modernization,especially the economic and social development in the southern rural areas is not enough.It is urgent to improve urban and rural development in accordance with the requirements of overall urban and rural development We will develop an integrated system and mechanism,take effective policy measures,accelerate the development of rural areas in the south,narrow the gap between the north and the south,and make up for the shortcomings in development.In order to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the characteristics of agricultural modernization production in Chongqing hilly areas,selects Dianjiang County,which has the representative characteristics of hilly areas,to investigate the current situation of agricultural infrastructure construction in Chongqing typical hilly areas,and studies the construction technology of agricultural infrastructure in Chongqing hilly areas on the basis of investigation.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of agricultural production,such as topography,climate conditions and types of agricultural planting,combined with the current situation and development trend of agricultural production machinery in Chongqing hilly area,this paper studies the requirements of agricultural infrastructure such as land leveling,field roads and irrigation for agricultural modernization in Chongqing hilly area.(2)Based on the investigation of the use of agricultural machinery and the construction of farmland infrastructure in Dianjiang County,which is the representative of Hilly and mountainous areas,and the case study of the land leveling project in Henan village,Caohui Town,it is found that the renovation is not suitable for the application of large-scale agricultural machinery,and there are few farmland infrastructure construction and farmland infrastructure in the construction of farmland infrastructure in Dianjiang County Quality problems,soil fertilization is not environmental protection,farmland ecological protection is not in place and so on.(3)This paper analyzes the current technical requirements for the construction of farmland infrastructure such as land leveling,production road and irrigation technology in Chongqing,studies the construction technology of farmland infrastructure such as land leveling,production road and irrigation technology that are suitable for Chongqing agricultural modernization,and puts forward the appropriate length width ratio and ridge of farmland shaping in terms of land remediation in view of the existing problems(Ridge)construction size and field anti-seepage measures are proposed.The tractor road is more than 4 meters and the production access road is more than 1.8 meters.The problems existing in the construction and management of Chongqing farmland infrastructure are combed from two aspects of capital management and project management,and the solutions are proposed from the aspects of capital investment,personnel training,project quality and protection system.To sum up,this paper has carried out the research on the construction technology of farmland infrastructure suitable for Chongqing hilly and mountainous area,such as land regulation,field roads,irrigation and so on,in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Chongqing.
