Study On The Development Of Higher Vocation College’s Agricultural Profession In The Process Of Agricultural Modernization

At present, our country is in the period of agricultural modernization’s rapid andcomprehensive development, more and more agricultural technology talented persons areneeded in this period, and the higher vocational colleges’ agricultural profession has theresponsibility to train the applied agricultural technology talented persons. So the importanttopic of the higher vocational colleges in our country, which needs to be solved urgently, ishow to overcome the problems which exist in the development of agricultural profession, andadapt to the demand of agricultural professional talented persons in the agriculturalmodernization’s development.This thesis takes the development of China’s agicultural modernization process andsupplemented by the development situation of the higher vocational education’s profession asthe background of research. Form six dimensionalities consist of the key policy, theprofession’s layout, structure, scale, epitaxy and the coordination degree with the industry,combined with the data provided by the open college entrance examination’s informationplatform and the national statistical yearbook, this thesis does the following research.Firstly, this thesis hackles systematically and analyses reasoningly thedevelopment situation of the higher vocational colleges’ agricultural profession today, pointsout the current problems in the development of the higher vocational colleges’ agriculturalprofession, mainly include the releted policy is not perfect, the enrollments in different areasare unbalanced, the numbers and the enrollments of the profession are neither not enough, theaverage enrollments of the profession are not reasonable, and so on.Secondly, this thesis takes an in-depth analysis for the root of a series of theproblems of the agricultural profession in our country’s higher vocational colleges which hasbeen in the development of the agricultural modernization hierarchically and from multiple perspectives: what the root reason is the agricultural modernization is a piece of short board inthe current modenization’s development of our country; the agricultural profession’s ownreasons are the subjective reasons, include the congenital weakness that agriculturalprofession is not dominant in the professional choice, and the acquired lack that agriculturalprofession just follows the crowd in the professional setting; the objective reasons are thedefects in the development of some provices’ colleges’ agricultural profession, include thesecolleges’ agricultural profession can not meet the need of the areas’ agricultural developmentlevel, and the agricultural profession’s teachers’s teaching and research level is not high, andso on.On the basis of the above, this thesis gives some countermeasures and suggestionsfor the optimization of the higher vocational colleges’ agricultural profession in the process ofthe agricultural modernization in two levels form government and schools.At last, this thesis summarizes the main research conclusions and contributions, andproposes the following research space.
