Film mulching cultivation has the function of heat preservation and moisture preservation,which can greatly improve the quality and yield of tobacco.So in tobacco planted,it is widely used.However,in the middle and later period of tobacco growth,especially in low altitude areas,the film had a negative effect on the growth of tobacco plants with the increase of temperature,which did not follow the growth rule of high-quality tobacco planted.In addition,film is difficult to degrade in the natural environment.A large number of residual films cause farmland pollution,crop production reduction,and even "white pollution",which seriously limits the green development of agriculture in China.Therefore,based on the basic requirements of film mulching and the cultivation rules of high-quality tobacco planted,it is proposed to replace the traditional film with plastic bowl film,which also plays the role of heat preservation and moisture preservation.However,compared with the traditional film,the plastic bowl film can not only achieve the effect of traditional film,but also meet the requirements of tobacco film mulching cultivation,and the plastic bowl film is easy to recover,can be reused,and thorough solve the problem of film pollution and meet the requirements of green agriculture development.A hand-held bowl film stripper was designed,so as to improve the recovery efficiency of plastic bowl film,promote the degree of agricultural mechanization,and realize the development of modern green agriculture.The bowl film stripper machine designed in this paper uses the bowl film stripper motor to drive the bowl film stripper mechanism to cut the soil to lift the bowl film,which can set the force,so as to ensure that the bowl film can be lifted accurately and reliable under different soil conditions without damaging the bowl film.The bowl film stripper machine is mainly composed of bowl film stripper mechanism,bowl film stripper motor,lifting motor,bowl collecting mechanism,ratchet and pawl mechanism,working switch,rack,Hall sensor and lithium battery,including bowl film stripper system and bowl film collecting system.The bowl film stripper system can realize the smooth uncovering of the bowl film from the soil,and the collecting system can realize the orderly stacking of the bowl film into a pile.And it completed the control system hardware circuit and software designs,to achieve the effective control of the whole machine.In this paper,the pull test of the bowl film stripper is carried out,and the setting range of the uncovering force is 8 N?20 N,and the uncovering torque is 0.8 N·m?2 N·m.the dynamic analysis of the soil cutting process of the bowl film stripper mechanism is carried out,and the finite element model is established for numerical simulation.The results of numerical simulation show that in three different soil conditions,the speed of cutter is 120r/min,and the average power consumption of numerical simulation soil cutting is 21.6W,20.8W and 20.7W respectively.The power consumption test of bowl film stripper system shows that the average power consumption of bowl film stripper system is 22.62W,21.27W and 21.12W,and mutual verification of test results and numerical simulation results.The results show that the average control error of the uncovering force is 3.15%,and the control accuracy is high.The correlation coefficients of uncovering force and current with actual uncovering force were r1=0.9984,r2=0.9947,it is showed that the regression effect was significant.F test is F>F0.005(1,8),the regression effect is significant,which is consistent with the results of correlation coefficient test.The bowl uncovering performance test shows that when the soil is not hardened,the average recovery rate of the bowl film is 95.73%,the average damage rate of the bowl film is 3.19%,the average intact recovery rate of the bowl film is 92.54%,and the average working rate is 4.58s/piece,which reaches the performance design index of the bowl film recovery machine and meets the application requirements.When the uncovering force is 10N,the PWM duty cycle of the uncovering motor is 49.94%.At this time,the uncovering performance is the best.The recovery rate of the bowl film stripper machine is 98.5%,the damage rate of the bowl film stripper machine is 1.5%,and the intact recovery rate of the bowl film stripper machine is 97%.
