Study On The Safety Of Rural Drinking Water In The New Era

Enhancing the happiness of hundreds of millions of farmers,consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party in rural areas and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It points out the direction and key points for agricultural and rural reform and development in the new era.The problem of rural drinking water safety is related to the health of hundreds of millions of rural residents.How to ensure the safety of rural drinking water and establish a rural drinking water management system in line with the actual situation of the region has become one of the topics of concern to governments at all levels.This paper will take the actual situation of rural drinking water in X city as an example,and make an in-depth analysis of its existing problems,so as to establish a scientific and rational government supervision system.Firstly,through consulting relevant documents,collating literature,consulting relevant experts,field visits and research methods,collect relevant research data,and obtain first-hand empirical data.Then,through the data collation and analysis,the current situation of rural drinking water in X city and the government supervision system are analyzed from three aspects.At the same time,on the basis of in-depth excavation of empirical data and with the help of the existing drinking water evaluation system in China,the problems of rural drinking water safety are analyzed from four aspects: water quality,water supply quantity,water supply guarantee rate and convenience degree.Secondly,on the basis of empirical analysis,with the help of SWOT analysis,on the basis of sorting out relevant research materials and documents and policies,the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges of rural drinking water management in X city are deeply excavated.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward the following development strategies: actively promoting scientific and technological innovation,upgrading the level of service industry development,broadening multi-financing channels,establishing the scientific development concept of farmers,establishing a participatory management model,actively promoting the reform of the grass-roots water conservancy service system,strengthening the protection of water resources,and strengthening the supervision of water quality and water supply projects.These strategies can not only be used to solve the problems existing in the management of rural drinking water in X city,but also have certain reference significance for other areas in China.
