Study On The Long-term Management Mechanism Of Drinking Water Safety In Rural Areas

Water is the source of life.Drinking safe water is a problem that the masses are most concerned about and need to solve urgently.Ensuring the safety of drinking water in rural areas concerns the living standard and health of the rural residents as well as the development of rural areas.It is also an important content to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In recent years,the rural drinking water safety project in Jieyang has achieved remarkable results through the joint efforts of the whole city.However,due to the weak foundation of the water supply facilities,there are still some problems,such as a considerable proportion of the water supply population,the low standard of the construction of the project,the aging of the construction,the leakage of the pipe network,the failure of all the household projects,the requirements of the water supply to the household,the many problems in the operation and management of the project and the hidden danger of the water supply.Therefore,it is very important to sort out and study the current situation of rural drinking water safety management in Jieyang,find out its existing problems and causes,and put forward some practical and feasible countermeasures to establish a long-term management mechanism of rural drinking water safety.In order to study the management mechanism of rural drinking water safety,this paper first introduces the concepts and theoretical knowledge of rural drinking water safety,government supervision and management.By using the method of investigation and research,taking the villages and towns of Jieyang City as the research object,interviews were conducted,and relevant literature materials were read and read through.,and further understood the status and problems of the safety management of rural drinking water in Jieyang,and the main problems are found in the following 6aspects:firstly,the emergency system of water disaster is imperfect;secondly,the ability of environmental protection supervision in drinking water basin is weak,especially in rural areas;thirdly,the protection of drinking water source protection area is inadequate and the input of dynamic management is insufficient;fourthly,the shoreline planning of drinking water source is inadequate;fifthly,the environmental violations are more prominent;and sixth,the problems of law enforcement and supervision.Secondly,the problems existing in rural drinking water safety management are analyzed correspondingly.It is found that the change of water supply pattern has not been optimized synchronously,the delimitation of existing drinking water source protection zones is incompatible with technical specifications,the risk prevention and control of water source areas and the construction of emergency capacity need to be strengthened,and the distance from urban built-up areas leads to water quality assurance.The deep reasons are the difficulty of protection,the lack of laws and regulations,and the relatively weak awareness of environmental protection of farmers.Finally,in view of these reasons,combined with the actual situation of Jieyang City,the paper puts forward and establishes long-term management mechanism of rural drinking water safety countermeasures: first,to strengthen the supervision of rural water resources;second,to strengthen the protection of drinking water sources;third,to further strengthen rural sewage treatment;fourth,to establish and improve rural drinking water quality online monitoring system The five is to clean up the industrial enterprises in the drinking water source protection area.
