The basic national conditions of land resources and the problems of farmland utilization in China aggravate the difficulty of farmland protection.It is necessary to strengthen the protection of farmland resources and evaluate the quality of farmland scientifically.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of in-depth research on the evaluation of cultivated land quality.Based on the above research methods and achievements,this dissertation uses the theories of soil fertility,regional differences and sustainable development for reference,and combines the natural situation,social and economic development status and land use status of 2017 land consolidation project area in M Town,Shandong Province,and divides the project area into a and B according to its spatial location Six units,C,D,e and F,were evaluated.Based on the full analysis of the impact of the implementation of land consolidation projects,such as the most basic land leveling project,the field road project to improve the road network,and the water conservancy facilities project to improve the irrigation and drainage facilities on the cultivated land,this dissertation uses the method of qualitative and quantitative combination to draw the conclusion that the impact factors of the project implementation on the project area are three in terms of soil,two in terms of Geology and geomorphology,and two in terms of water conservancy In terms of soil,there are barrier levels,effective soil layer thickness and soil organic content;in terms of geological landform,there are terrain slope and surface soil texture;in terms of water conservancy,there are drainage conditions and irrigation assurance rate.Using Delphi method of multi round scoring by experts to determine the weight of each evaluation factor suitable for the project area.Through the above-mentioned index system,the quality of cultivated land adjacent to the project area is evaluated and compared with that after the implementation of the project area.The results show that the natural quality,utilization and economy of the cultivated land improved by 1 ? 3 levels compared with the adjacent cultivated land.Through the evaluation,it can be concluded that the implementation of land consolidation project can effectively improve the quality of cultivated land,significantly improve the soil quality,improve irrigation and drainage facilities,terrain slope and other production conditions in the project area compared with the adjacent cultivated land in the project area;according to the evaluation index establishment method,it can establish a natural quality evaluation system suitable for the surrounding villages and towns,for the evaluation of cultivated land quality after the implementation of other land consolidation projects The calculationof the influencing factors and correction coefficients of the natural quality of cultivated land can accurately reflect the characteristics of the land consolidation project,the land use and economic effects of the project implementation,and the evaluation results can more closely reflect the quality of cultivated land in the project area.Therefore,the land consolidation project can produce obvious effect on the improvement of the quality of cultivated land.The method of farmland grading correction in this dissertation is feasible for the evaluation of cultivated land quality after the implementation of land consolidation project,which has important reference and guidance for the evaluation of various cultivated land quality in Shandong Province.
