Exploring and studying the quality construction mode of cultivated land in Xinjiang is an important measure to improve the quality of cultivated land.It is conducive to grasping the distribution status and degree of aggregation of hindered farmland in Xinjiang.According to local conditions, different farmland quality construction modes are used to improve the quality of hindered farmland,so as to improve the quality of farmland in Xinjiang in the future.Provide a scientific basis for the division of construction into key construction areas. This paper takes Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research area and farmland quality as the research object, collects basic information including Xinjiang administrative division map, farmland data, and farmland quality construction project list. The vector data of quality construction project areas are analyzed by hotspot aggregation to obtain the aggregation degree and distribution characteristics of farmland of different obstacle types, and the later priority construction areas that do not cover the quality construction farmland.Using literature reading method and systematic analysis method,we have explored three types of farmland quality construction modes, including farmland consolidation engineering, physical and chemical barrier farmland improvement, and infrastructure improvement construction. The vector data of obstacle type farmland is used as the base map.According to the construction principles of the degree of obstacle aggregation, the concentration of farmland and the overall construction, and the zoning principle of maintaining the integrity of county-level administrative divisions and the similarity of landform types, the fourteen regions in Xinjiang are further classified.(Prefectures and cities)are divided into 9 major farmland quality construction areas. For different types of farmland with different obstacles, different farmland quality construction modes are adopted to guide the fourteen prefectures(prefectures and cities)in Xinjiang to carry out farmland quality construction from the perspective of spatial layout.Research indicates:(1)The three different types of farmland in Xinjiang show the characteristics of "around the three mountains, the obstacles of farmland site conditions are obvious;around the two basins, the obstacles of farmland field engineering are obvious;soil nutrients of farmland in Xinjiang is not high".(2)Different types of farmland quality construction have been carried out in all prefectures in Xinjiang. From the perspective of North and South Xinjiang, the farmland in South Xinjiang mainly carries out the construction of farmland land leveling quality, and the farmland in North Xinjiang mainly carries out the construction of supporting farmland infrastructure quality. The improvement of farmland soil fertility will be the key type of cultivated land quality construction in Xinjiang in the future.(3)During the construction of cultivated land quality in the next nine cultivated land quality construction areas in Xinjiang, priority should be given to the main mode of cultivated land improvement with physical and chemical obstacles.Among them, the five construction areas, including the south slope area of Altai mountain,Yili River Valley area,Yanqi basin area,Kashgar Delta area and the north foot area of Kunlun Mountain, should give overall consideration to the main mode of farmland land consolidation project for the comprehensive construction of cultivated land quality; In the western Junggar mountain area, the northern slope area of Tianshan Mountain, the Turpan Hami basin area and the eastern part of the southern slope of Tianshan Mountain, the comprehensive construction of cultivated land quality should be carried out based on the improvement of supporting facilities.
