The Problems And Countermeasures Of Animal Health Supervision In X City Of Fujian Province

In recent years,the direction of China's economic development has gradually shifted from a high-speed to a high-quality way.A large amount of capital has flowed in,driving the animal husbandry industry expanding continually,and stimulating the market to fiercer competition.In order to get high returns,some social groups or individuals use the veterinary antibiotics and feed additives irregularly without hesitate,causing various food safety problems of animal origin.It has become a hot topic on how to ensure the safety of animal-derived food,which gained widely concerned among the society.This project mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and other methods to carry out.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the current status of animal health supervision system,laws,regulations and technical standards system,law enforcement system management,veterinary law enforcement team,power operation,work authority,etc.And using multi-angle analysis method to compare domestic animal health supervision with other main country around the world.At the same time,taking X city of Fujian Province as an example,taking fieldwork way,X city has some problems in the process of promoting animal health supervision,such as the legal supporting system needs to be improved,insufficient of staff and funds,law enforcement non-standard,the problems of multi management are prominent,and the supervision of harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry needs to be strengthened.In order to solve these problems,eight countermeasures are suggested,first of all is to improve the legal supporting system,secondry is to strengthen the quality of the team,the third one is to improve the financial security mechanism,the fourth one is to regulate the behavior of supervision and law enforcement,the fifth one is to optimize the supervision and law enforcement environment,the sixth one is to centralized collection of law enforcement authority,the seventh one is to strictly implement harmless treatment,and lastly is to establish a system of accountability.
