Research On Optimization Of Ginseng Planting Organization Model In Fusong County

Ginseng is praised as ' king-of-herbs' ',it is a precious Chinese herbal medicines and its pharmaceutical value is also recognized by the world.Fusong County,known as ''homeland-of-ginseng'',is the core planting and productive zone of China.Ginseng planting in Fusong country is not only a specialized industry which dominating local economic and social development,but also a main source of famers enriching their income and making fortune.Currently diversified issues limited Ginseng industry to develop in green-oriented and sustainable ways,due to Ginseng mainly planted by different local planting organization,and this resulted in difference of technical capabilities,lower utilization of resources,mismatching with market demands,etc.In terms of protecting reputation of ''homeland-of-ginseng'',realizing green-oriented development of Ginseng planting,it has a significant meaning on effectively optimizing industrial pattern,realizing a quality-oriented pricing,maintaining a sustainable income,settling down the conflict between demand and supply.This article is researching and streamlining organizational modeling on Ginseng planting,with the guidance of the modern industrial organization theory,which analytical matrix based on organization-behavior-performance-mode,together with on-site research and investigation,as well as analysis on key issue on planting industrial-pattern and its profit.This narrative of the article focuses on planting mode and its evolution,including basic information,Ginseng planting organization evolution and primary types of which it presented.Additionally,the article is researching structural characteristic and behavior of four plant organization modes,engaged in individual characteristic,decision-making approach,Ginseng breeds,resources casing around planting,technologies,marketing and resorting typical case-study.Furthermore,the article is taking a qualitative researching approach in comparison with cost,revenue and profit elements for comparison and analysis in queue for different planting organization.Finally,the article is trying to identify and confirm a rational solution and an optimized developing path,on a basis of considering international demands trends and strengths and weakness of different organization mode.The following conclusion of the article has been found:(1)Primary organizational modes of Ginseng planting is including four types: individual planting,large-scale individual planting,leading local corporate guiding & coaching individual planting and planting alliance.(2)Among the four ginseng planting organization models in Fusong County,planting alliance is the most profitable mode,following in queue is leading company guiding & coaching individual planting mode,individual planting,and large-sale individual planting as well.(3)For individual planting and large-scale individual planting,scientific technology should be largely applied,promoted,and upgraded furtherly.Secondarily,the government also need to prioritize on policy-making for leading company guiding & coaching individual planting mode,guiding it toward to a concentrated and specialized approaches.Finally,alliance planting should be confirmed to be a leading mode for Gingseng planting of Fusong county in future.The article has drawn the following countermeasures about optimizing of Ginseng plant organization mode:(1)coordinating relationship between different business participator so as to protect benefit existence of each;(2)guiding and leading a transform of planting through evoking team-cooperation mindset;(3)strengthening technology input and support,developing service system in a socialized-oriented mode;(4)strengthening intervention and regulation to promote the optimization and integration of Ginseng planting organizational mode.
