Objective: Ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)grown by artificial sheds is called garden ginseng.Based on satellite remote sensing image data from multiple sources and multiple phases, this paper establishes the interpretation feature relationship between garden ginseng sheds and remote sensing images, and clarifies the interpretation characteristics of garden ginseng on remote sensing images.Explores different satellite data sources, random forest classification, satellite Extraction of garden ginseng distribution information from remote sensing images and the feasibility of research on changes in the area of garden ginseng planting;Analyze the changes in the area of garden ginseng planting in Jilin Province for three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019;Make up the first map of the distribution of garden ginseng in the three northeast provinces provides a reference for the planting and development layout of the ginseng industry. Methods: Using field surveys, visiting front-line growers and machine learning to extract remote sensing parameter information, the spatial autocorrelation takes Changbai County,Jilin Province as an example to study the feasibility of random forest classification methods in extracting parameter information and changes in the area of planted ginseng. It was extended to the same research area, and the analysis of the ginseng planting area changes in Jilin Province in 2017-2019 years. Finally, the distribution and area of ginseng planting in the three northeast provinces in 2019 were studied. Results: Extract the garden ginseng planting distribution area of the three provinces of Northeast China in 2019 and calculate the area of land participation in the three provinces of Northeast China in 2019.A total of 417,700 mu.Extract the information of planting and distribution of garden ginseng from Jilin Province from 2017 to 2019 and calculate the area.In Jilin Province, the total area of ginseng land in 25 counties(cities, districts)in 2017 was 269,300 mu.318,100 mu.In 2019,in addition to Shulan County and Dongfeng County, planting without garden ginseng,23 counties(cities, districts)will total 203,700 mu.And the county(city, district)area as a unit was analyzed to analyze the distribution area and area change of garden ginseng in Jilin Province for three years. Conclusion: The planting and distribution area of garden ginseng has developed from the Changbai Mountains and Xiaoxinganling Mountains in the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the current Changbai Mountains,Longgang Mountains,Zhangguangcai Ridge, and the southern Xiaoxingan Mountains. The area of planted ginseng in Jilin Province from 2017 to 2019 is decreasing, and the distribution of counties(cities, districts)has changed. The area of planted ginseng in Changbai County,Fusong County and Linjiang City in the traditional production area has shown a downward trend.Jilin Province The central area is not a traditional ginseng production area, but the development of ginseng cultivation shows a trend. From 2017 to 2019,the analysis of ginseng cultivation area changes. The development of ginseng cultivation in the central area is slow, and the distribution of ginseng in Shulan County and Dongfeng County appears. The area shrinks to disappear.Analysis of the ginseng planting area in the three provinces of Northeast China in 2019 from a provincial perspective. The total area of ginseng planting in Jilin Province is larger than that of Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces. And the area of Kuandian County in Liaoning Province is larger, which is larger than the area of the largest ginseng planting county in Jilin Province.Satellite remote sensing technology is feasible to monitor the planting distribution and regional changes of garden ginseng.
