As is known to all, cultivated land is a kind of land use type, which plays a very important role in people's life and production.Cultivated land is the most important basic means of production in the process of human survival and development. The level of intensive use of cultivated land in an area directly affects the local comprehensive benefits and food production. In this paper, from three aspects of input intensity, cultivation state and utilization efficiency, nine evaluation indexes are selected after considering various factors.Taking the province as the vertical city as the horizontal research system, the basic data of Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province and Liaoning Province during 1998-2017 and the basic data collected by 34 prefecture level cities in Northeast China are calculated and integrated by using Excel software After standardizing the original data with the extremum method, the weight of each index is determined by the mean square deviation decision-making method, and two sets of evaluation index systems and four sets of evaluation index weight tables are constructed. Then it summarizes the evolution characteristics of cultivated land intensive use level in Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province and Liaoning Province from 1998 to 2017,and makes an in-depth analysis. At the same time,it uses arcgis10.2 software to classify the influencing factors of cultivated land intensive use spatial differentiation in 34 prefecture level cities of Northeast China in 2017,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the spatial pattern characteristics, and compares each research The differences between regions, qualitative and comprehensive analysis of the impact mechanism of the study area.On the basis of the research results, this paper puts forward reasonable and comprehensive measures and suggestions for intensive use of cultivated land. The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)from 1998 to 2017,the intensive use level of cultivated land in Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province and Liaoning Province showed a gradual upward trend, but it is still at a low level, and it is still necessary to continue to strengthen the rational use and scientific development of cultivated land.(2)In 2017,the intensive use level of cultivated land among 34 cities in Northeast China showed obvious regional differences: on the whole, except Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province, the intensive level of cultivated land in the south of Northeast China was generally higher than that in the north and middle of Northeast China.(3)In 2017,there were also spatial and regional differences in the input intensity, cultivation state and utilization efficiency of cultivated land in 34 cities in Northeast China. The natural conditions of cultivated land and the local social and economic conditions are the main reasons for the spatial differentiation of cultivated land intensive utilization level in Northeast China.According to the evaluation results of intensive use of cultivated land in the northeast of China in 2017,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: input intensity, cultivation state and utilization efficiency: the intensive use of cultivated land in the northeast of China should consider improving the level of specialization of farmers, reasonably increasing the input of production factors,on the one hand, strengthening labor force, promoting scientific and technological innovation of agriculture, and accelerating agriculture With the development of mechanization and modernization of industry,we need to tap the potential of agricultural market and expand the scale of operation;the other way is to reasonably control the input of chemical fertilizer, improve the grain output, protect the quality and quantity of cultivated land, keep the red line of cultivated land, and promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
