Study On The Phenomenon Of Cultivated Land Abandoned In Shuangquan Township Of Chongqing

In recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,more and more farmers choose to go out to work,far from their own cultivated land,and the rural labor force is transferred to the city and the second and third industries.In the outflow areas of migrant workers,there are different changes in the structure of rural social life and the phenomenon of rural cultivated land abandonment.This not only causes the rural "hollowing ",the waste of rural arable land resources,but also causes the decline of rural farming culture,which to some extent hinders the development of rural revitalization.The increase in the flow of migrant workers and the shortage of domestic workers in agriculture contribute to sustainable agricultural development,rural social stability and national food security Left a hidden danger.In this regard,it is urgent to attract the high attention of all walks of life.Based on the field investigation,this paper divides the cultivated land abandonment into different types according to the actual situation,that is,active cultivated land abandonment(including perennial abandonment,worker-oriented abandonment and agriculture-oriented abandonment)and passive cultivated land abandonment(including seasonal abandonment,recessive abandonment and land underutilization type abandonment).According to the survey,the phenomenon of cultivated land abandonment in Shuangquan has a series of impacts.First of all,the impact of cultivated land abandonment on the land itself: idled the land resources,improved the land ecological environment and promoted the efficient use of land.Secondly,the impact of cultivated land abandonment on rural society: make villages"hollow”,Hindering the development of rural construction and Rural Revitalization.Finally,The impact of cultivated land abandonment on Farmers: liberated part of the labor force and threatened food security.In response to the impact of cultivated land abandonment,the Shuangquan township government has adopted measures such asguiding land transfer,strengthening agricultural infrastructure construction,introducing enterprises and developing rural tourism,and promoting the development of new farmers to promote the full and rational use of land.Shuangquan enterprises have made some contribution to solve the problem of cultivated land abandonment by contracting part of arable land and providing employment opportunities for farmers nearby.The farmers of Shuangquan township have also making positive efforts to overcome this problem through rational professionalization and part-time employment and actively changing their own ideas.In order to strengthen the effective use of land and reduce the abandonment of cultivated land,this paper suggests that government departments should continue to increase the benefit of farmers and improve the relevant rural infrastructure as far as possible,especially for the construction of irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure.Supervision mechanism of cultivated land utilization condition,timely and effective evaluation of the situation and impact of cultivated land wasteland.In the face of the complex reality of rural society,and the rural society is gradually transforming,the main body of rural areas should be based on the dialectical thinking of good governance at the grass-roots level,give rural cultivated land a certain practical space,gradually find the inherent attributes of cultivated land,so as to alleviate the problem of rural cultivated land abandonment more effectively.
