Research On The Advantage And Potential Development Of Cultivated Land In Rural Revitalization In Northeast China

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of "village revitalization",actively promote the integration of urban and rural development,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Cultivated land resources are the carrier of agricultural production,directly related to the country’s food security,and play a pivotal role in sustainable economic development,social harmony and political stability,and are an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The natural conditions of farmland resources in the Northeast region are superior,soil nutrients are good,and cultivated land has a high degree of aggregation.A considerable number of high-quality and high-yield farmland is concentrated in my country.It is my country’s main grain production area and an important commercial grain production base.It attaches importance to the development and utilization of cultivated land in the Northeast.It is extremely important for stabilizing my country’s food supply and ensuring national food security,and it plays a huge role in promoting my country’s rural revitalization.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of cultivated land superiority according to the national rural revitalization strategy master plan,adopts quantitative analysis method and comprehensively uses pattern evaluation results to analyze the cultivated land superiority in Northeast China,and calculates the advantages and potential of cultivated land in Northeast China in rural revitalization.The research found that the cultivated land resource base in Northeast China is solid,the level of agricultural modernization is increasing,and the structure of agricultural industrialization continues to innovate,which has obvious advantages in rural revitalization.However,due to the increase in non-agricultural construction in recent years,the amount of arable land has been continuously reduced,the load of arable land is too large,extensive cultivation has led to the degradation of black soil,and the strength of the relationship between man and land is too high,which will affect the revitalization of rural areas in Northeast China.On the whole,the Northeast region has superior resources and environmental conditions,and the future rural revitalization has advantages.It is mainly necessary to vigorously carry out landconsolidation in accordance with the specific geographical conditions of the Northeast,improve the quality of arable land,and rationally allocate resources;improve the level of agricultural mechanization and promote large-scale operations;strengthen agricultural technological innovation and promote efficient arable land utilization;improve infrastructure to form a large-scale,High-benefit fertile land;promote agricultural modernization and industrialization,and create special agriculture and other aspects to promote the development of rural revitalization in the Northeast.
