In the nature where we live,the surfaces of butterfly wings,rose petals and surfaces of many other living creatures are highly hydrophobic.Due to the rapid development of science and technology at present,this property of superhydrophobic materials is used in many areas of society,such as in the fields of resistance to bacteria,prolonged coagulation time,and prevention of various pollutions.The experimental materials of this paper are six species of Crassulaceae in Echeveria pulidonis,Echeveria chihuahuaensis,Sedum adolphii,Crassula alba,Pachyveria pachytoides and Echeveria peacockii.The biomimetic polymer films were constructed by using two kinds of instruments,one is fluorescence microscope,the other is scanning electron microscope.They have been used to observe the plant surfaces and the PDMS biomimetic films.At the same time,the contact angle of plant surface and PDMS bionic film surface was measured by contact angle measuring instrument,and the chemical composition of sample surface was analyzed by fourier infrared spectrometer.Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were cultured on the surface of the PDMS bionic membrane,and the antibacterial properties of the surface of the PDMS bionic membrane were analyzed.The results show that the surface of the six plant leaves has a complex micro-nano multi-level structure.The contact angle of the sample surface ranges from 121.9 ° to 148.6°.It can be seen that the sample surface has good hydrophobicity,which is determined by the the chemical composition corresponding to the microstructure of plant leaf surface.The surface of the biomimetic PDMS membrane prepared by experiments has a multi-level microstructure and has strong antibacterial properties.The prepared PDMS biomimetic films on the surface of six plants was cultured in Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis for 24 hours,among them,the succulent plant Echeveria peacockii showed the best bacteriostasis and the average diameter of the bacteriostatic circle of Escherichia coli subtilis was 8.0 mm,and the average diameter of the bacteriostatic circle of Bacillus was 7.0 mm.Therefore,the biomimetic polymer film with micro-nano structure has a strong inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.In this paper,some progress has been made in the preparation of bionic polymer surface materials and antibacterial properties,which can provide experimental and theoretical basis for the preparation of bionic polymer materials in the future.
