Comprehensive Evaluation Of Grassland Animal Husbandry Modernization Development Level

Grassland animal husbandry is an important part of China's agriculture,and its modernization development affects the development of China's agricultural modernization.In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy and the continuous deterioration of the grassland ecological environment,the economic development of pastoral areas has gradually slowed down.Therefore,finding a new way of high-quality development of animal husbandry oriented to ecological priority and green development has become an urgent problem to be solved.This inevitably requires a gradual transition to modern grassland animal husbandry on the basis of maintaining the advantages of traditional animal husbandry development,to achieve the goal of pastoral revitalization.Sunitezuo Banner in Inner Mongolia is a typical animal husbandry Banner,relying on unique geographical location and natural conditions,and it has become one of the supplying grounds for livestock products.Therefore,this article takes Sunitezuo Banner of Inner Mongolia as an example,by referring to the previous research results,taking the three-stage theory of agricultural development,the transformation of traditional agricultural theory,sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the development of Sunitezuo Banner of Inner Mongolia,and then the grassland animal husbandry modernization index system is established from the four dimensions of animal husbandry input,output,grassland ecology and pastoral area social development.The global principal component analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate and rank the modernization level of grassland animal husbandry from 2001 to 2017 through horizontal and vertical angles,so as to find problems,make policy recommendations and promote the modernization of pastoral areas.Studies have shown that grassland ecological construction is a key factor restricting the modernization of grassland animal husbandry;the low scientific level is a prominent problem of its modernization development;the imperfect construction of livestock sheds and water conservancy is an urgent problem to be solved;the improvement of informatization level provides an opportunity for the current economic development of pastoral areas.Therefore,pastoral areas should strengthen the grassland ecological construction,increase investment in science and technology,improve the level of pastoral facilities,and deepen information construction,so as to consolidate the foundation of ecological civilization construction in pastoral areas,improve production efficiency,and broaden herders' income channels.The purpose is to promote the transformation of pastoral areas to modern grassland animal husbandry.
