Study On Evaluation Of Agricultural And Animal Husbandry Modernization Development Level In Haixi Prefecture

Agricultural modernization is a sustainable process from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.In order to better understand and accelerate the development of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization in Haixi,it is necessary to use scientific methods to quantitatively analyze the present situation of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization in Haixi,evaluate its development degree and find out various factors restricting the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.Based on the evaluation research on the current development level of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization,And according to the specific development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi,To measure and evaluate the development level of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization in Haixi by constructing the evaluation system.First of all,the relevant researches on agricultural and animal husbandry modernization by domestic and foreign scholars are sorted out and the research ideas on agricultural and animal husbandry modernization are clarified.Through agricultural modernization theory,sustainable development theory and transformation of traditional agriculture theory,The modernization development level of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi from 2001 to 2020 was evaluated from four aspects:input level,output level,social and economic development level in rural areas and sustainable development level of agriculture and animal husbandry ecological environment.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of agriculture and animal husbandry development in Haixi.Then through constructing the index system of agricultural and animal husbandry modernization level in Haixi,using the entropy weight grey correlation TOPSIS model and the obstacle degree model to scientifically evaluate the agricultural and animal husbandry modernization level in Haixi.The evaluation results show that the development level of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization in Haixi showed a steady upward trend from 2001 to 2020.The input level,output level and sustainable development level of agriculture and animal husbandry ecological environment are still at the intermediate level,The level of rural social and economic development rose from intermediate level to good.Then,the obstacle degree model was used to analyze the main obstacle factors affecting the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi.It is found that the output level of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi is the main obstacle to the development of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi,such as improving the investment mechanism of agriculture and animal husbandry modernization,improving the production efficiency of agriculture and animal husbandry,increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen,and improving the level of rural public services.
