The experiment were conducted to analyze the crude protein(CP) of cottonseed meal, T-cannula and exogenous indicator were used to determinate amino acid apparent ileal digestibility and standardized ileal digestibilities of cottonseed meals from different area of China, the cottonseed meals were regard as the sole protein source in testing diets. According to analyze the composition of cottonseed meal, such as crude protein(CP), crude fat(EE), crude ash(Ash), crude fiber(CF), nitrogen free extract(NFE), acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), free gossypol(FG), and analyze the relationships among chemical compositions or between compositions and amino acid digestibilities, the best factors that were used to predicate for apparent and standardized ileal digestibility of Lys、Met、Trp、Thr were selected, then predicating model for ileal digestibility of cottonseed meal for swine were established.The mainly results as following:1Amino acid apparent ileal digestibility of cottonseed meals from different area: Yangtze Rive Basin was range from57.73%to91.43%, Yellow River Basin was range from42.30%to88.49%, Inland Northwest was range from43.69%to91.29%。Amino acid apparent ileal digestibilities of Chinese cottonseed meal were range from46.75%to89.91%, indispensable amino acid ileal digestibilities were:Lys61.48%, Met65.20%, Trp73.13%, Thr60.51%, Val71.96%,Ile70.23%, Leu73.23%, Phe81.87%, His79.35%, Arg89.91%。2Amino acid standardized ileal digestibilities of cottonseed meal from different area:Yangtze Rive Basin was range from78.66%to95.54%, Yellow River Basin was range from68.54%to95.54%, and Inland Northwest was range from76.16%to97.89%.
