Objective:The existence of anti-nutritional factors is one of the reasons that hinder the development and utilization of feed.Cyanogenic glycoside is a common anti-nutritive factor in diet.To provide a reference for the development and utilization of feed, this experiment aimed to study the effect of Different proportion in diets of Cyanogenic glycoside on growth performance, meat quality and serum biochemical indexes in growing-finishing pigs. Methods: A total of 45 growing pigs(Yorkshire×Landrace×Duroc),with an average 68.02±1.93 kg body weight, were used in growth trial.Pigs were allotted into each treatment in 3 replicates with 5 pigs per pen in a randomized complete block design. The experiment was divided into two stages: A and B.In the stage A,the dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in the diets of control group, test group 1 and test group 2 were 0,3 and 6 mg/kg,respectively.In the stage B,the dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in test group 1 and test group 2 increased gradually, until the 16 th day,The dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in the diets of control group, test group 1 and the group 2 reached 0,7 and 14 mg/kg,respectively.The indicators of growth performance were recorded during experiment period, the blood biochemical indicators and meat quality index were assayed at the end of the feeding experiment.Results:(1)Effects of cyanogenic glycosides on growth performance of growing-finishing pigs: compared with the control group,In the stage A,The F/G of test group 1 was lower than control group(p>0.05).In the stage B,The F/G of test group 1 was lower than control group(p>0.05),and the F/G of test group 2 was higher than control group(p>0.05).(2)Effect of cyanogenic glycoside on meat Quality: The meat color and the pH of test group was significantly stable than control group(p >0.05).The drip loss of test group was significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).The TVB-N content of test group 1 and 2 were lower than control group(p>0.05).The SOD and CAT of test group was higher than control group(p<0.05),the content of MDA in test group was lower than control group(p>0.05).(3)Effects of cyanogenic glycosides on nutritional components of meat: The crude protein and crude fat content in pork of test group 1 and 2 were stable than control group(p>0.05).(4)Effect of cyanogenic glycoside on serum biochemical indexes of pigs: The TP,ALB,A/G,Urea,Crea,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,LDH and Glu in serum of test group 1 and 2 were significantly stable than control group(p>0.05).In the stage A,the ALT in serum of test group 1 was significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).In the stage B,the AST in serum of test group 1 was significantly lower than control group(p<0.05),the CHOL in serum of test group 2 was significantly higher than control group(p<0.05),and the CK in serum of test group 2 was significantly lower than control group(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The 6mg/kg dosage or less of cyanogenic glycosides in diets did not significantly affect the growth performance, and the 3mg/kg dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in diets may have the potential to improve feed utilization rate.(2)The experimental results of test group 1 and 2 were indicated that the dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in diets did not significantly affect the quality and the nutritional components of meat.(3)Throughout the experiment period, the dosage of cyanogenic glycosides in diets of test group 1 and 2 did not significantly effect on metabolism of protein and blood sugar of growing-finishing pigs. With the increased of cyanogenic glycosides content in diets,it may have some negative effects on fat absorption and basic metabolism of kidney in animals.
