Sugarcane planting is the most important link in the production of sugarcane.The process of sugarcane planting includes disinfection,trenching,fertilizer,sugarcane seeding,soil cover,film covering,soil compaction and watering.This topic comes from several months of observation and analysis of 2CZ-2 sugarcane planter.To study the defects of various components in the planting process of sugarcane planter,this paper is based on the optimization and improvement of the basic components of 2CZ-2 sugarcane planter,and the performance improvement of 8 core components of 2CZ-2 sugarcane planter.After the improvement,the research of this subject effectively solved the problems of high tooth injury rate and low qualification rate of soil thickness.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,the research methods of sugarcane planter are mainly based on the defects of 2CZ-2 sugarcane planter.By using Auto CAD and Pro/E software,the two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of the defective parts are drawn through plane and three-dimensional.Image analysis is combined with field practice to improve.CAD analysis is actually an object-oriented process modeling process that can determine the objects that make up a machine,the mechanisms of the system,the connections between the various component objects in the system,and the connections between the components and the external contact parts,and plot the planter components.The location of the structural model and the defects in the practice,and the identification shows that the condition of displaying the component through the three-dimensional section can provide a basis for analyzing the defect and providing an improved solution.When designing the hob,the parametric design method is used,and the formula is calculated,real time.Modify the relevant data to get the optimized hob mechanism model.At the same time,the numerical processing in the improvement process uses the usual methods such as the average method to process the data.In the verification machine improvement and improvement effect,the performance data comparison method is used,such as the working condition of each component and the comparison of various performance indexes of the machine.During the field test of the improved machine,the working conditions of each improved part were observed and compared with those before the improvement.The results show that the improvement effect on each improved part is obvious,and the work effect is obviously improved compared with before improvement.The performance index data of the improved machine was obtained: the average planting density was 4.26 pieces/m,the seed uniformity was 92.2%,the wound bud rate was 3.3%,the leakage rate was 4.2%,and the film cover soil thickness was qualified.The rate was 87.4%,the film coverage was 100%,and the fertilizer application rate was 2870 kg/hm2.Each data meets the agronomic requirements standards,and compared with the performance indicators before the improvement,the results show that the improvement effect of each improved part is obvious,and the expected goal is achieved.For example,the amount of fertilization decreased compared with that before the improvement,because the improved fertilizer box at the lower end of the fertilizer tank no longer scrapes the fertilizer,eliminating the waste of fertilizer;the uniformity of seeding is slightly improved,indicating that the improvement of the seeding parts is Reasonable and effective.
