Sugar cane is the main economic crop in the south of China. As the third large country of sugar cane production, the main factor restricting the development of the sugar cane industry is the low mechanization of the sugar cane harvest. Though the development of the sugar cane harvester has been improved more, there is still no completely mature product come into practice. There is more hill and sloping field in the south of our country. The water content of the soil is big and there is more viscous laterite. Such complexity, special landform and the mechanics characteristic of the soil bring much difficulty for the sugar cane harvester design especially for the minitype one. Because of its minitype, the minitype sugar cane harvester is affected more by the factor of the landform. Therefore, there often occur some dangerous problems such as sliping, side overturn, pitch and retroverting. In this way, it is very important to investigate the landform system to improve the walking capability of the minitype sugar cane harvester which adapts to the landform in the south of our country.By using the research method of Virtual Prototype, my thesis is established the sugar cane harvester-ground system model in the large Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System. After simulating and analysis the model, a great deal walking data of minitype sugar cane harvester are obtained. Firstly, from thecomputer scape vision displaying, we construct the 3-D numeric land form model which can be showed in ADAMS and reflect the geography characteristic of Guangxi by GIS theory and 3-Ddata field vision theory. Secondly, from the vehicle-ground system research, I study and manufactures instrument can measure sinking of soil in compressive stress, collect the ground data in Wuming and Mingyang of Guangxi where are the mostly sugar cane producing area of south China by which, according to soil mechanics study and automobile-ground dynam's experience expressions and investigation methods. After that, we study the soil modeling basing ADAMS and set up a flat soil mode and scattering soil model, at the same time, to build the minitype sugar cane harvester-soil system model and do kinematics' simulation. Aimed at large quantity of repeating work in writing ground spectra data files, compiling a auto generation software of ground spectra data files have provided a fast and convenient tool for the minitype sugar cane harvester's soil modeling, by dint of the advantage of Visual Studio . NET's facing object programme.
