In order to adapt to the southern hilly mountainous cotton cotton returning chopped operation, the author designed a small saw more returning plate of vertical shaft type cotton chopped device, the device implements the-wrong line operation and supported cutting, and cut off at the same time also with the function of except the crop of cotton.
