Planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation is a breeding in paddy field mode using rice ridges for ladder cultivation,realizing ridge ditch water storage,ridge upper semi-immersion irrigation,making full use of rice paddy space,and adopting ecological planting and breeding methods to produce organic rice,fish and chicken.A field experiment was conducted in a variety of planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation mode in two rice varietys,by comparing with a single ridge planting rice planting,analyzes the planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation,effects of dynamic changes of soil and rice plant nutrient contents during rice growth and planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation on the nutritional quality indexes of rice protein and amino acids.In order to reveal the dynamic changes of soil nutrient and plant nutrient uptake and the formation and regulation mechanism of rice nutrient quality in ridge planted and breeded rice culture mode,it provides guidance for high-quality and high-yield rice.The main research results are as follows:(1)The yield of planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation is better than that of ridge-planting single rice planting,and the ridge planted rice-fish-chicken culture model has the best yield-increasing effect.The theoretical yield of Yu zhen xiang and Nong xiang 32 rice variety increased by 40.82% and 9.95%,respectively.The dry matter of each treated root is lower than the single ridge planting in the rice maturity stage,the leaf and ear dry matter weight are higher than the single rice planting mode.The dry matter weight of stem,leaf and ear of Yu zhen xiang rice variety increased by 5.23%~9.26%,12.23%~45.15%,14.73%~38.39%,respectively.(2)Compared with single ridge planting in rice planting,the soil acidity is stronger,the soil organic matter and alkali nitrogen content are increasing.The available potassium content in planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation was basically the same in the Yu zhen xiang rice varieties,and the Nong xiang 32 rice varieties had an increasing trend.The total potassium content of soil increased during the booting stage of rice,The increase of Yu zhen xiang and Nong xiang 32 was 1.92%~4.68% and 8.85%~15.50% respectively,and there was no difference at maturity;the regularity of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil was not obvious.(3)In different periods of rice,the total nitrogen content in stems,leaves and ears of each treatment increased compared with the single planting of ridges,The increase of total nitrogen content in the mature leaves of Yu zhen xiang and Nong xiang 32 rice varieties was 33.94%~51.78% and 16.40%~25.46%,respectively;Stems,leaves total phosphorus,total potassium content have different degrees of increase trend;The total phosphorus content of the ear was basically no difference from the single ridge planting in rice planting at the maturity stage,and the total potassium content of the ear increased at the maturity of the rice.(4)Planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation can increase the protein content of rice,and the alcohol protein and total starch content increase,The increase rate is 13.92%~77.22%,0.46%~2.66%,and the amylose content tends to decrease in the Yu zhen xiang rice variety.In the Nong xiang 32 rice variety,the globulin content increased,The increase is 0.73%~7.3%,the gluten content had no significant decreasing trend and there was no difference in amylose;The content of 17 kinds of amino acids such as Lysine,aspartic acid,serine,glutamic acid,glycine,histidine,arginine,threonine,alanine,proline,cystine,tyrosine,proline,methionine isoleucine,leucine and pheRnFlalanine increased at different degrees in planting and breeding model under rice ridge cultivation except ridged rice-fish mode of Yu zhen xiang rice variety.
