With the current increase in the use and the area of plastic film in China,the "white pollution" remaining in farmland is becoming more and more serious,causing serious pollution of farmland ecological environment.Therefore,the development of residual film recovery technology and equipment is urgently needed.At present,according to the difference of film collecting mechanism,the existing residual film recovery machines in our country mainly include tooth chain type,elastic tooth type,telescopic rod tooth type,shovel screen type and rake tooth type.Its working principle is to pick up and recover the residual film and sundries,and then perform impurity removal and separation.Since there are sundries such as soil,straw and cotton husk on the plastic film during the recycling of the residual film,it is easy for the residual film to be entangled with straw and other sundries when the membrane is collected together.The impurity content of the residual film after recovery is too high.In addition,the film picking mechanism has complex structures and high energy consumption.Therefore,this project proposes an air-sweeping type residual film rewinding machine.That is,the soil debris is separated from the residual film by wind before the recovery of the residual film.Then,the cleaned residual film is picked up by the self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller and transported to the film-removing plate.The residual film is unloaded by the film unloading plate and slides to the film rolling device.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Field investigation of cotton field was conducted in Xinjiang before residue film recovery after straw returning.The distribution and content of soil straw and other debris on the residual film on the surface residual film were obtained through field survey measurement and weighing.Collect the surface residual film and clean it for drying,and carry out tensile test of mechanical properties.(2)According to the design requirements of domestic residual film recovery machine,the overall scheme design of the air-sweeping type residual film rewinding machine was designed,the working principle of the whole machine was analyzed,and all parts of the whole machine was designed and analyzed.And the design of edge film shovel,air-sweeping film impurity separation device,self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller,film unloading plate,and film rolling device was completed.(3)The Fluent fluid simulation software was used to analyze the internal flow field of the air-sweeping film impurity separation device.And the size and distribution of the wind speed in the inner cavity and the air outlet of the device are simulated when the inlet wind speed of the device is 20 m/s,30 m/s and 40 m/s,respectively.The parameters of the device were optimized based on the simulation analysis results,and the optimization results were virtually verified in Fluent software.(4)ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct static analysis on the Angle iron and rod teeth on the self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller.According to the analysis results,the maximum deformation,the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum equivalent stress of the model are obtained.The analysis results verify whether the rod teeth meet the working requirements.(5)The test bench was built and orthogonal experiments were carried out on the self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller and air-sweeping film impurity separation device respectively.Three factors and three levels of quadratic regression orthogonal experiment was used.The design expert software was used to analyze the variance of the experimental results.The regression equations of the respective factor parameters to the experimental index residual film recovery rate and film impurity separation rate were established respectively.The influence level of each factor parameter of the residual film recovery rate and film impurity separation rate was determined.The optimal working parameter combination of self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller and air-sweeping film impurity separation device is obtained.Respectively: when the advancing speed of the machine is 0.78 m/s,the the tensile spring deformation variable is 41.35 mm,the burial depth of the rod tooth is 98.30 mm,the optimal residual film recovery rate of the self-relaxation film pickup conveyor roller is90.44%;when the advancing speed of the device is 0.82m/s,the wind speed at the fan outlet is 35.73m/s,the inclination Angle of the outlet plate is 4.33°,the optimal film impurity separation rate of the air-sweeping film impurity separation device is 93.77%.And the optimal parameter combination is experimentally verified on an experimental bench.
