The problem of residual film pollution in farmland in Xinjiang has seriously threatened the sustainable development of agricultural production environment.It is imperative to carry out the research of mechanical residual membrane recycling.At present the research on the residual film recycling machine mostly focused on how to pick up from the surface residual film recovery,the subsequent treatment of residual film is often neglected: Plastic film machine,high cost and loose texture,for the centralized processing of plastic film has brought inconvenience.So this paper plastic film received after the pressure bag molding process,and the film itself compression molding theory in-depth study,to research the residual film processing machine machinery to provide theoretical and practical reference.In this paper,the composition of residual film material was analyzed statistically,and the proportion distribution of pure film and various impurities was defined.7 sets of compression dies with different shapes and sizes were designed and manufactured according to the object of the residual film material.In this paper,the compression characteristics of the residual film and the relaxation characteristics and durability of the residual film forming block are studied.and the regression analysis,curve fitting and mathematical modeling of the test data were carried out by using Origin and MATLAB software.The main factors affecting the compression characteristics of the residual film and the quality of the block are revealed.The main research results include:(1)The forming process of residual film can be divided into relaxation stage,transition stage and inelastic deformation stage.The mathematical relationship between the compressive stress and the compression displacement during the compression molding process is exponentially distributed.(2)The mathematical relationship between the relaxation density and the relaxation time in the process of relaxation of the residual film is in the order of the second order,and the numerator is the third order proportional function.The fast relaxation stage of the residual film forming block is basically completed within 2 min.(3)When the maximum compressive stress is greater than or equal to 4 MPa,with the increase of compressive stress,residual film compression displacement changes slowly;when the maximum compressive stress was greater than 7 MPa,the relaxation time of 1 h,the residual film relaxation ratio is more than 30%,relaxation test can be obtained after the compact,regular shape of the residual film block.(4)With the decrease of the residual film compression area,film forming the required compressive stress decreases,the residual film forming block stability after the relaxation of density,the relaxation ratio enhancement becomes large,deformation decreases,durability and stability;increasing compression stress and improve the content of impurities can make the residual film forming block relaxation ratio and the deformation decreases,the durability is enhanced;the increasing rate of soil and water in the residual film rate(less than 21.8%),the relaxation of residual film forming block than smaller shape variable,but the durability and stability is poor;in the compression mold under certain conditions,with the increase of feed quantity.Significant relaxation density and relaxation of residual film forming block after stable ratio increases,the durability is enhanced.
