Study On The Coupling Effect Of Organic Nutrient Fertilizer And Water Between Melon And Tomato In Facility

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety.High-quality and high-yield organic agricultural products are favored by consumers and have great market potential.A large number of studies have found that organically cultivated vegetables have good quality,rich taste,and high nutritional value.Therefore,in this paper,melon and tomato are cultivated with organic nutrient solution and organic substrate.The coupling effect of organic nutrient solution irrigation frequency and irrigation amount on melon growth and fruit yield and quality was studied to select the most suitable organic fertilizer and water treatment combination for all organic melon production.By studying the effects of different cultivation modes and different formulas of nutrient solution on tomato growth,yield and quality,the most suitable cultivation mode and nutrient solution formula for high-quality and high-yield tomatoes were found.This experiment takes the solution of agricultural waste recycling as the starting point and provides technical support for the cultivation of high-quality and high-yield organic vegetables.The main results are as follows:?1?By studying the effect of organic nutrient solution fertilization frequency and irrigation volume on the yield and quality of melon in facilities,there were three irrigation frequencies of organic nutrient solution?8-time application,each time 750 m L per plant,F₁;12-time application,each time 500 m L per plant,F₂;16-time application,each time 375 m L per plant,F₃?and two different irrigation amount per single plant?irrigating by 120%daily evapotranspiration?ET?before fruit enlargement,by 140%ET after fruit enlargement,W₁;irrigating by 140%ET before fruit enlargement,by 160%ET after fruit enlargement,W₂?,a total of 6 experimental treatments.The results showed that the highest yield,the highest content of aromatic substances and the best comprehensive quality evaluation of melon were obtained under the treatment of medium organic nutrient solution and high irrigation water?F₂W₂?.It is the best fertilizer and water combination for melon cultivation.?2?The effects of different treatments on the growth and nutrient use efficiency of melon were studied.The results showed that the frequency of medium organic nutrient solution fertilization and high irrigation?F₂W₂?treatment can enhance the growth of melon plants,increase the rate of photocontracting and improve the nutrient absorption and dryness material accumulation,improve nutrient utilization efficiency.?3?By studying the effects of different cultivation modes and different formulas of nutrient solution on the yield and quality of facility tomatoes,the experiment set up organic substrate cultivation and irrigation with different formula nutrient solutions:CK1 Yamazaki nutrient solution;T1 organic nutrient solution 1?pig dung,cow dung,and sheep dung extracts were mixed at a volume ratio of 2:1:1 and diluted 3.93 times?;T2 organic Nutrient solution 2?pig dung,cow dung,and sheep dung extracts are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:2:1,diluted 2.93 times?;T3 organic nutrient solution 3(pig dung,cow dung,and sheep dung extracts by volume ratio?1:1:2 mixed,diluted 2.85 times?;CK2 soil cultivation was watered with Yamazaki nutrient solution..The results showed that there was no significant difference in tomato yield per unit area.The treatment of organic nutrient solution can promote tomato fruit coloring,improve fruit hardness,soluble solid content and sugar acid ratio,improve tomato fruit nutritional quality,and significantly reduce nitrate content.Through the principal component analysis,it was found that the comprehensive quality evaluation order of each treatment was T2>T1>T3>CK1>CK2.Considering tomato yield,appearance quality,mouthfeel quality,and nutritional quality,T2?mainly cow dung extract solution?treatment is the best organic nutrient solution formula.?4?To study the effects of different cultivation modes and different formulas of nutrient solution on the growth and nutrient utilization efficiency of facility tomatoes.The results showed that the growth of plants treated with organic nutrient solution was better than that treated with Yamasaki nutrient solution,and the nutrient content and utilization rate of fruits treated with organic nutrient solution were also higher.According to the plant height,stem diameter,photosynthetic index,nutrient content and nutrient utilization rate of tomato fruits in color changing period and ripening period,T2?mainly cow dung extract?was the best nutrient solution formula for organic substrate cultivation.
