The research of mini-type sugarcane of harvester have a great influence of changing the uncultured circumstance and improving the level of earning and the ability of competing in the word. The design of mini-type sugarcane of harvester is used in south hill in our country. And the system of vehicle-soil is the most important part of it. So the deeply research of soil is the most important step of researching of mini-type sugarcane harvester used in south. There are four parts in my paper:First, the stepped machine is designed by experimental dates and experiential formulas and the stress and the core region of pedrail connecting with the ground are studied. The formula of the press-sink is presented according to the edaphic bearing-press characteristics. The integrated influence upon the sinked depth of the pedrail is analyzed at the parameter of the surface soil and the structure of the machine.Secondly, the data of soil is gathered on the GUANGXI through the experiment about relationship of pressure-sinkage. The formula suited for south about pressure-sinkage is deduced though experiment. The characteristic of cutting is analyzed though the experiment about the character of soil.Thirdly, the sinking of the vehicle on different soil and the influence on the soil sinking at the parameters of the different soil characteristic are analyzed combining with the soil-cutting data and the soil capable parameters in the vehicle soil surface dynamics. The contrastive analysis is made for the sinking of soil at the different gravity position of the mini-type sugarcane harvester with the content of the second chapter. The soil model is analyzed in ADAMS thought the interface about ADAMS and ANSYS.Fourthly, the flow simulation and layout analysis of prepositive cut tail pedrail mini-type sugarcane harvester are dealed with. The reasonable location of the balunt,the transportation roller,the feeding roller,the leaves clearing components,the export roller are confirmed by flow simulation. The three different lean degrees in the different center of gravity are analyzed by contrasting with the different location of cab and engine, making some preparation for the whole design of machine. The power wastage of the every flowed function parts are confirmed by the flow-simulation. The power consumption of the whole machine is worked combining the other parts, offering the reference for choosing the dynamical devices.
