Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province is one of the important tobacco planting areas in China,but there are few tobacco varieties available for production and use.It is particularly urgent to introduce or develop new flue-cured tobacco varieties adapted to Guangyuan's own ecological environment and tobacco characteristics.The introduction,breeding and adaptability analysis of new excellent varieties will provide germplasm guarantee for flue-cured tobacco production with Guangyuan characteristics.Taking the new flue-cured tobacco line 09011 as an example,this study explored the changes of Agronomic traits,chemical composition and physiological indexes in four different ecological environment tobacco-growing areas in three districts and counties of Guangyuan,analyzed the ecological adaptability of 09011 in Guangyuan city from the comprehensive quality,and provided early cultivation techniques for planting 09011 in Guangyuan area by studying the quality and economic indicators of different nitrogen application amounts.Basically,it provides scientific support for the strategic planning of "making raw materials around brands".The main results are as follows:The ecological environment investigation and comprehensive adaptability prediction of four tobacco planting sites in Jiange Township of Guangyuan City showed that the main types of soils in Guangyuan tobacco planting area were dark purple soil in middle altitude mountain yellow soil,grey brown purple soil in middle and low altitude mountain area and yellow red purple soil in low altitude mountain area.Most of them were neutral or slightly acidic(8.5(>ph>7.5),accounting for 66.82%)and rich in organic matter(mean 16.18g)./The optimum nitrogen content was 1.05 g/kg for total nitrogen,79 mg/kg for alkali hydrolysis nitrogen,13 mg/kg for phosphorus,110 mg/kg for potassium,0.31 mg/kg for boron and 0.04 g/kg for chloride ion.The annual sunshine hours in Guangyuan City are1337.6-1560.5 hours,the effective accumulated temperature is 5698 degrees centigrade(>0 degrees centigrade),the effective accumulated temperature is 4863 degrees centigrade(>10 degrees centigrade),and the annual precipitation is about 1,000 mm.The matching of light,heat and water in the growing period of flue-cured tobacco field is coordinated.The seasonal rainfall and heat in the growing and maturing period of flue-cured tobacco are thesame season The comprehensive adaptability of ecological environment was calculated by using the method of entropy weight-TOPSIS.The results showed that the ecological adaptability of four tobacco growing areas in Guangyuan was in the order of North city,Gaoyang,Jiangshi and Motan from high to low.The results showed that 09011 had good agronomic and plant characters,disease resistance,physical characteristics,unit price,proportion of superior tobacco,middle and superior tobacco,and other economic indexes were superior to Yunyan 87,and had good curing resistance.According to the comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight-TOPSIS,the agronomic characters,physical,chemical,sensory,disease and economic indexes of four tobacco planting areas were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the comprehensive scores and overall evaluation of 09011 were better than those of the control.There was no uniform trend in the comprehensive ranking of the four tobacco planting areas in Guangyuan City.Under different levels of nitrogen application,the comprehensive performance of09011 was better than that of Yunyan 87 in the same level of nitrogen application,which was the same as that of four planting sites,and was more suitable for planting in Guangyuan City.Under the experimental conditions in Jiangshixiang,Guangyuan tobacco area,the new flue-cured tobacco line 09011 had the best agronomic traits,economic indicators and comprehensive quality evaluation when applying 7 kg/mu of pure nitrogen,which laid a research foundation for the formulation of subsequent cultivation measures of 09011.
