Agricultural mechanization is an inevitable trend in the development of modern agriculture.As the largest chestnut producing country in China,the planting area and yield of chestnut are increasing year by year.Therefore,chestnut harvesting mechanization has become an important demand for chestnut harvesting.In this study,the concept design of chestnut harvester was carried out driven by user demand.(1)The product design method based on user requirements is studied.Combining Kano model,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),quality function deployment(QFD)and axiomatic design,a user requirement analysis model and a function structure solving model are constructed.(2)The user demand analysis model was used to analyze the user demand of chestnut harvester.Through user interviews,the chestnut growers were investigated and analyzed,and a total of 14 user needs were collected;the Kano demand attribute was evaluated,and the relative weight of user demand was determined by AHP;the relative weight of user demand was optimized according to the demand attribute to determine the comprehensive weight of user demand.(3)The conceptual structure of chestnut harvester was solved by using the functional structure solving model.According to user requirements and product characteristics,the design requirements are proposed,and the correlation degree between user requirements and design requirements is evaluated,and the correlation matrix is constructed.Seven key design requirements are determined through matrix operation.Four conceptual structure combination schemes are generated by solving the structure carrier of function by using ad.according to the information axiom,from activity efficiency,realizability,manufacturing cost,and The combination scheme is evaluated from four aspects of reliability,and the best conceptual structure combination scheme is determined.(4)Based on the previous analysis and research,the conceptual design of chestnut harvester was carried out.Through layout design,module design,modeling and color matching design,3D modeling and rendering,the conceptual design scheme effect drawing of chestnut harvester was generated.In this study,driven by user demand,the conceptual design of chestnut harvester was completed through user demand analysis and functional structure solution,and the conceptual design scheme was generated,which provided a reference for chestnut harvesting mechanization.
