In this experiment,the"heuo 918"pink tomato was used as the experimental material,Set 5 gradients,Kg/667m2 agents?CK?,3Kg/667m2?T1?,6Kg?T2?,9Kg?T3?,12Kg?T4?,and the effects of the use of bacterial fertilizer on the soil properties,soil fertility,growth,photosynthesis and quality of tomato were investigated through the treatment of mixing microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer with different concentrations.Research shows that:?1?Application of a certain concentration of microbial agents can effectively improve soil physical and chemical properties.Among them,T3 treatment had the best effect in improving the physical and chemical properties of soil,reducing the bulk density of tomato rhizosphere soil by 30.38%.p H value decreased by 10.31%;Electrical conductivity decreased by 34.23%;The content of organic matter,alkalized nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 14.06%,28.58%,14.06%and 21.45%,respectively.?2?Application of a certain concentration of microbial agents to increase soil available nutrient content and increase soil enzyme activity.Compared with the treatments,T3treatment had the richest soil nutrient content and the highest soil enzyme activity,with the urease activity,catalase activity,protease activity and nitrate reductase activity increased by26.06%,26.32%,52.03%and 28.06%respectively.?3?The application of certain concentration of microbial bacteria promoted the growth of tomato plants and increased the yield of tomatoes.The results showed that T2 and T3could promote the morphological characters of tomato plants.In terms of yield,T2 had the most obvious effect on single tomato fruit tree,which was 4.95%higher than control.T3treatment had the best effect on yield improvement of single fruit weight and equivalent per mu,which were 40.15%and 14.54%higher than control,respectively.?4?Applying a certain concentration of microbial agents improves the photosynthetic capacity of tomato.Treatment T3 increased the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and atomatal conductance of tomato by 58.48%,47.90%and 41.87%.Transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration decreased by 14.95%and 5.54%.?5?Microbial agents improve the quality and nutritional value of tomatoes.Under T3treatment,the content of total sugar,vitamin C,soluble solid and lycopene in tomatoes increased by 6.47%,23.83%,12.78%and 19.13%,respectively,compared with control,and the content of total acid decreased by 9.44%compared with control.
