The boat-type cultivator machine is an independent innovative power machinery of paddy field agricultural in china which is mainly suitable for paddy field cultivation in the south.It is an important research contents for the boat-type cultivator to improve the reliability of boat towing,adjust the depth of driving wheels into the soil,and reduce the weight of equipment.This paper takes the boat-type cultivator of an enterprise as the research object.The key parameters and overall layout of its transmission system are studied,and the transmission system of the transmission of the boat-type cultivator is simulated and optimized.At the same time,the box body is lightly designed to improve tillage effect and movement flexibility of the boat-type cultivator.The main research works of the thesis are as follows.(1)The paddy farming environment and transmission system functions of the boat-type cultivator are analyzed.In view of the existing problems in the transmission system of the boat-type cultivator of the enterprise,the structure layout,power distribution,transmission gear parameters,the structure of three in and one out of transmission,steering structure and adjustment function of driving wheel's depth of penetration are studied.(2)The model of the transmission system of the boat-type cultivator is built by using the Romax software,including the transmission drive shaft modeling and positioning,the gear set modeling and positioning,and the bearing selection and positioning.On this basis,the static simulation and analysis of the transmission system is made,and the contact analysis of the transmission gear is done.Through the simulation analysis,the existing problems in the design of transmission system parameters are detected,which lays the foundation for the optimal design of transmission system.(3)Based on the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the transmission of the boat-type cultivator machine,in the light of the large meshing error and serious eccentric load problem of the meshing gear pairs of the ? and ? shafts of the transmission system,the method of gear direction and the profile modification for transmission system of the boat-type cultivator are studied.The gear tooth direction and the tooth profile modification of the transmission system are simulated and optimized by using Romax analysis software to determine the best parameters of the tooth profile modification and tooth profile modification.(4)In order to reduce the weight of the boat-type cultivator machine and realize a lightweight design,the optimize topology of transmission case is made using ANSYS Workbench.By changing the thickness of the box wall and comparing the maximum stress and the maximum deformation of different box structures,the optimal solution is selected.Finally,actual assembly and commissioning tests of the transmission of the transmission system were carried out to verify the reliability of the transmission system of the boat-type cultivator.
