The Study Of Shuganjieyu Capsules Combined Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets For Treatment Of Post-stoke Depression

Objective: To explore the effective and safety of post-stoke depression treatment through combined Shuganjieyu Capsules and Escitalopram Oxalate tablets.Methods: 76 post-stoke depression patients were assigned to two groups randomly,treatment group were treated with Shuganjieyu Capsules and Escitalopram O xalate tablets,control group were treated with Escitalopram Oxalate tablets only.HAMD,BI and TESS were assessed at the baseline and 2,4,8 weeks after the treatment.Results: At the end of 2,4 weeks,HAMD and BI scores were significantly different compared to control group(P < 0.05),at the end of 8 week,both group were effective,the efficiency were 75.7% and 72.2%,separately.But the difference between the groups had no significance(P > 0.05).In the control group,nausea and other gastrointestinal side effects were more often than treatment group.Conclusions: The treatments were effective in both groups.Compared to control group,treatment group were safety,took effect faster,and less side effects.
