Investigation And Analysis Of The Distribution Law Of TCM Constitution Type Of Recurrent Colorectal Polyps

Objectives:Collect colonoscopy with general and recurrent colorectal polyps in patients with clinical manifestations,endoscopic results and pathological reports,determine the types of patients with physical types,correlation analysis between the factors of recurrent colorectal polyps were tcmconstitution types of distribution and its constitution and age,sex,body mass index,living habits,the recurrence of polyps the grain number and the type of pathology and provide objective basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal polyposis,we should grasp the Constitution and adjust the intervention of biased constitution,which can effectively reduce the recurrence of colorectal polyps,and fully reflect the idea of "holistic concept" and "preventive treatment of disease" in TCM.Methods: The patients with recurrent colorectal polyps diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to February 2018 were investigated and collected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,182 cases of eligible recurrent colorectal polyps were collected.According to the method of physical judgement,the distribution rule of TCM Constitution of recurrent colorectal polyps was obtained through statistical analysis,and the relationship between it and other related factors was also discussed.Results: 1.A total of 182 cases were collected,of which 112 were male,61.54% were male and 70 were female,accounting for 38.46%.The average age of the patients was 59.33±13.44 year and 50.05% over 60 years old.2.the patients first colonoscopy polyp number: 1 polyps in 115 cases,2 polyps in 45 cases,more than 3 teeth in 22 cases;the first colonoscopy and pathological type: 115 cases of adenomatous polyposis,non adenomatous polyps in 67 cases.The recurrence times of polyps: 103 patients relapsed 1 times,48 cases recurred 2 times,31 cases recurred more than 3 times.3.the distribution of TCM constitution types of recurrent colorectal polyps: phlegm-damp constitution(23.63%)> damp-heat constitution(18.13%)> Yang deficiency constitution(13.75%)> Qi deficiency constitution(11.01%)> Qi depression constitution(10.45%)> gentle constitution(8.79%)> Yin deficiency(7.14%)> Blood Stasis constitution(6.60%)> specific endowment constitution(0.50%).4.gentle constitution in the liver qi stagnation,blood stasis within the stop syndrome;Qi deficiency constitution mainly in the spleen and stomach yin deficiency syndrome;uniform distribution;Yang deficiency constitution mainly in cold pathogen resistance syndrome;phlegm mainly in the spleen and stomach weakness;damp heat in damp heat syndrome;blood stasis syndrome mainly in cold and stop evil stasis blood stasis;Qi depression constitution in liver Qi stagnation syndrome.5.There was no statistical significance in the distribution of age and the type of physique of TCM.(P=0.529>0.05)6.male patients were mostly phlegm-damp constitution,damp heat constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,and female patients were mostly phlegm-damp constitution,gentle constitution,qi depression constitution and damp heat constitution.7.low weight patients with multiple manifestations of yin deficiency constitution and damp heat constitution;patients with normal weight were damp heat constitution,phlegm-damp constitution and gentle constitution;overweight patients with symptoms of phlegm-damp constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and damp-heat constitution;obese patients with symptoms of phlegm-damp constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and Qi deficiency constitution.8.1 cases of primary polyps were mainly found in phlegm-damp constitution,damp heat constitution and Qi deficiency constitution.2 cases were mainly found in phlegm-damp constitution,damp heat constitution and Qi depression constitution.3 cases were mainly in hlegm-damp constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution.The main pathological type of adenomatous patients were phlegm-damp constitution and damp heat constitution,and the non adenomatous patients were mainly phlegm-damp constitution and blood stasis constitution.1 times recurrences were mainly seen in patients with phlegm-damp constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and damp heat constitution.Recurrence was mainly seen in 2 cases of phlegm-damp constitution,Yang deficiency constitutionand blood stasis constitution.3 times were mainly seen inpatients with damp heat constitution,phlegm-damp constitution and Qi depression constitution.Conclusion: 1.phlegm-damp constitution,damp heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution are risk factors for recurrence of colorectal polyps.The three physique are significantly correlated with overweight or obesity,adenomatous polyps,multiple polyps and multiple relapses.2.Male,obese,overweight and adenomatous polyps are the risk factors for the recurrence of colorectal polyps.
