The Study Of Professor Zhang Jin's Theory On The Meridian Qi And The Sequence Of Twelve Meridian Liuzhu

Purposes:This article through the ancient literature of Shiyi Mai Jiujing,Huang DI Nei Jing,Nan Jing,A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion and other books what about the content of description of Meridian phenomenon and Meridian qi's centrality liuzhu in classical Meridian-collaterals theory are to combing,researching,analyze and summarize and further elaborate the question of Meridian Qi and twelve meridian circulation direction,and combined with modern Chinese doctors to do a large number of clinical trials and scientific researches on the propagated sensation along meridian and Meridian qi's centrality liuzhu and professor Zhang Jin had studied of PSM and classical Meridian-collaterals theory for many years.This paper discusses the problem of Meridian Qi,twelve meridian circulation and liuzhu,to provide reference and theoretical basis for the further study of the Meridian Qi,twelve meridian circulation and liuzhu,in order to better improve the acupuncture and moxibustion theory and guide the clinical practice.Methods:Rely on the abundant library resources of the library of the university and the provincial library,advanced network and the information literature room of professor Zhang Jin query approach.Using the Chinese medical book search ancient documents directory then targeted search of classical medical records and literature following theses methods:(1)The term of propagated sensation along meridian has been put forward for nearly 30 years,so as far as possible by source documents of Shiyi Mai Jiujing,Huang DI Nei Jing,Nan Jing,A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion,Tongrenjing and so on in TCM ancient books which are about the content of description of Meridian phenomenon and the direction and regulation of Meridian qi's centrality liuzhu analysis,collation and record,to carry on the preliminary understanding.(2)In paper search Webpage search documents which are about Qi Reaching Affected Area and the question of Meridian qi's circulation direction and experimental study to carry out analysis,collation and record.(3)The study of professor Zhang Jin's research on classical meridian theory,PSM and clinical experiments were carried out analysis,collation and record.(4)Overall analysis:Based on the historical records of the classical literature,using the thinking of analysis and induction to carry out the relevant theories,and then discusses whether the Meridian Qi and twelve Meridian qi's centrality liuzhu are the flow.Results:(1)The eleven pulse in Shiyi Mai Jiujing is the rudiments of the present meridian system.The period of Neijing improved its development and the theory of meridians gradually formed.(2)The Meridian qi is the function of qi in acupoint.It follows pattern,not including the concept of blood.The Meridian qi's liuzhu is the route.(3)According to the theory of "Benshu" and " root and end",Professor Zhang Jin proposed centrality liuzhu,which is mainly used in clinical acupuncture.It was distinguished from lung-liver liuzhu(blood circulation)which indicated physiological function or case changes.(4)The direction of meridian qi is mostly centripetal and can qi reaching affected area.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture clinic combined with acupuncture manipulation can be improved.
