Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at the meridian acupoints on the expression of mi C137/EZH2 and BDNF in the brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemic injury.To evaluate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cerebral ischemic injury Damage is related to its promotion of neuronal proliferation and maturation,while Me CP2 phosphorylation plays a role in promoting it.It also provides theoretical support and experimental basis for the treatment of brain.Methods: The model of MCAO cerebral ischemia was established by external carotid artery occlusion.The model of Me CP2 in cerebral ischemia was detected by immunohisto chemistry.The expression of Me CP2 and BDNF in cerebral ischemia was compared with that of model group The expression of Me CP2 m RNA,mi R137 / EZH2 and BDNF m RNA in cerebral ischemia were detected by Q-PCR.Western-Bloting was used to detect the expression of Me CP2,p Me CP2.Results: 1?The neural function defect scale: with the model group,the heart meridian group,the pericardial cavity by the group in the 7 d,14 d and 21 d scores were lower(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),two groups can be improved in different degrees of MCAO/R rats nerve defect scale,effect of the two groups(P>0.05).Is: in the group and model group: with 1 d ratio,21 d scores significantly decreased(P<0.05),and rats have self-healing function.Heart meridian,the pericardium cavity via group: over time,each phase point score were decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),suggesting the curative heart sutra pericardium meridian group to improve the effect of nerve function in 7d-21 d,and this effect decreased over time.However,the acupuncture point group(7d,14 d,21d)and the pericardium group(7d,14d),and the pericardium group(7d,14d),were obvious.It is shown that the pericardial meridian can effectively promote the expression of mi R137,and the pericardium is superior to the heart(7d,14d).5?Ezh2 m RNA: the Ezh2 m RNA expression of the model group 21d(P < 0.05),compared to normal and pseudosurgical group.The expression of Ezh2 m RNA expression of the heart meridian group,the pericardium group,the pericardium group,and the Ezh2 m RNA in the pericardium group,the pericardium group,the pericardium group,and the Ezh2 m RNA expression of the normal group,the pseudooperative group,and the model group were decreased in different degrees(P < 0.05,P < body promoted Ezh2 m RNA in 21 d.And cupping heart sutra pericardium via(14 d and 21 d)can inhibit in different degrees Ezh2 m RNA expression,show the curative heart sutra pericardium meridian can have inhibition of Ezh2 m RNA expression function,and the role of the two classics.Conclusion: 1.After cerebral ischemia injury,the body produces a stress response,which is called Me CP2 phosphorylation,which decreases after the peak of 7-21 days,while also promoting the expression of mi R137.2.EA the heart meridian and the Heart pericardium meridian can promote Me CP2 phosphorylation,the expression of mi R137,and inhibit Ezh2 m RNA expression.3.Cupping heart sutra,the pericardium meridian acting time and its effect on promoting nerve repair in sustainability have certain meridian specificity.
