Clinical Observation Of Xiao You Fu Wei Decotion In Treating Hp Drug Tolerant Chronic Gastritis(Dampness-heat Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:To observe the Hp eradiation and clinical symptom im provement of Xiao You Fu Wei Decotion in treating patients with Hp drug resistant chronic gastritis syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and s tomach,so as to discuss its clinical value.Methods:Based on the method of comparing before and after tre atment,this clinical observation incorporated 40 cases received standar d western medical Hp eradication solution while failed to eradicate H p and diagnosed as syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach by TCM,and then applied Xiao You Fu Wei Decotion as treatment drug.Patients took every day 30mins before breakfast and after dinner with the dosage 150ml each time,and the stipulated treatment course was 4 weeks.After the treatment course,observed and recorded the speci fic variation of patients' TCM syndrome integral before and after tre a tMent.13C-UBT was adopted topatients at least 4 weeks after drug wi thdrawal to detect their Hp and observe Hp eradication rate.When fi nishing collection of all data,SPSS 17.0 statistical software was adopte d for systematic analysis.Results:2 cases in the 40 patients incorporated in this research fell off and the other 38 cases finished the research.In the aspect of Hp eradication,20 patients successfully eradicated Hp and the eradic ation rate reached to 52.63%;meanwhile,the checking analysis conclu ded that 2 = 27.14 and p<0.01,which helped judge that the Hp eradi cation before and after treatment was obviously different with statistic al significance.In terms of clinical effect of TCM syndrome,the effe ctive rate was 94.7%.With respect to the integral of TCM syndrome and aggregate score,the statistical systematic analysis showed that,P<0.01,so the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Xiao You Fu Wei Decotion plays certain role in eradic ating Hp inside patients with Hp drug resistant chronic gastritis syndr ome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach.2.Xiao You Fu Wei Decotion can obviously improve the TCM syndrome of patients with Hp drug resistant chronic gastritis s yndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach;particularly in relie ving burning sensation in gastral cavity,ozostomia,bitter taste,nausea and constipation.
