The Efficacy And Safety Of Different Dosage Of Gemcitabine Combined With Cisplatin In Patients With Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective:At present,breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumors with vary high morbidity and mortality.For advanced breast cancer,chemotherapy regimen containing paclitaxel or anthracycline is the first choice.Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin showed good results in patients with recurrence and metastasis.The purpose of this artical was to study the efficacy,safety and clinical benefits of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in different dosing regimen.Methods:60 patients with advanced breast cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different ways of the gemcitabine administration,30 cases in each group.Observation group:Gemcitabine1000 mg.m^-2,static drop,d1,d5;cisplatin 25 mg.m^-2,static drop,d1 to d3.The control group:Gemcitabine 1000 mg.m^-2,static drop,d1,d8;cisplatin 25 mg.m^-2,static drop,d1 to d3.The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:ORR and DCR in the observation group were 40%and 80%,and ORR and DCR in the control group were 33.33%and 73.33%,the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.The adverse reactions of the two groups were mainly myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction and liver function abnormality.The adverse reactions could be tolerated.There was no significant difference in the incidence of grade III to IV adverse reactions?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Shorten the interval of gemcitabine administration,could achieve the same clinical effect without increasing adverse reactions,reduce hospitalization expenses and speeded up the clinical turnover rate,which is worthy of further promotion.
