Clinical Research Of Fujian Decoction On The Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases In Patients Of Lung Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:By observing the changes in patients with the treatment of TCM syndrome score,lung function,immune index,before and after Fujian decoction on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of lung spleen and kidney deficiency.To prove the clinical effectiveness of Fujian decoction,and to provide basis for further clinical promotion.Methods:60 patients of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly assigned to the treating group or to the control group,every group with 30 cases.The treating group was treated with Fujian decoction combined with thiophene tiotropium powder for inhalation,and the control group was treated only with thiophene tiotropium powder for inhalation.The course was 12 weeks.Then the changing data before and after the treatment,such as the clinical symptoms,lung function and immune index are all to be collected and evaluated.Results:1.TCM syndrome scoreIn the treatment group,the 10 syndromes?cough,sputum,wheezing,shortness of breath,perspiration,easy cold,bloating,eat less waist,frequent urination?are improved?P<0.05?.In the control group,only 4 syndromes?cough,sputum,wheezing,shortness of breath?are improved?P<0.05?.After treatment,there is no difference between the two groups of syndrome cough?P>0.05?;but the remaining 9 syndromes have significant improvement?P>0.05?,compared to the control group.2.Lung function indexIn the treatment and control group,there is no difference?P>0.05?,about the lung function index?FEV₁?FEV₁/FVC?.After treatment,there is no difference between the two groups of lung function index?FEV₁?FEV₁/FVC?.3.Immune function indexIn the treatment group,the plasm levels of CD4⁺?CD4⁺/CD8⁺after the treatment were increased?P<0.05?,and the CD8+was decreased?P<0.05?;in the control group were no significance?P>0.05?.The detection of the immune function index?CD4⁺?CD4⁺/CD8⁺?after treatment to compared,there is a significant improvement?P<0.05?;the plasm level of CD8⁺has no influence after treatment?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Fujian decoction has a positive effect on patients suffering stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and could improve the body immunity,and could improve the quality of life,which needs to be popularized and extended.
