Professor Songkang:Evaluation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Nourishing Lung,Spleen And Kidney On Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:By comparing the clinical symptom score,lung function index,BMI,CAT score,times of acute exacerbation and m MRC changes before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of professor song kang on copd was discussed,so as to provide more clinical evidence for the clinical treatment of copd at a stable stage and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: 40 COPD stable patients between 18 and 80 years old who visited professor song kang's outpatient department of zhejiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to January 2018 and met the inclusion requirements were selected.All of them were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of invigorating spleen,invigorating kidney and invigorating lung,one dose per day,with a course of 3 months and a follow-up period of 1 year.Through the retrospective before-and-after study method,comparison before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine clinical symptom score,pulmonary function index(the first second forced expiratory volume percentage of expected Mr Pred(FEV1 %),forced vital capacity of expected value percentages(% FVC),FEV1 / FVC %),body mass index(BMI),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT),the number of exacerbations,difficulty in breathing classification(m MRC)score and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results: 1.The total clinical syndrome score of TCM after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).2.Lung function indexes(FEV1%pred,FVC%,FEV1/FVC%)were all improved,but the difference before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Compared with The Times before treatment,The Times of acute exacerbations after 1 year of follow-up were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were statistically significant differences in CAT score and m MRC after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);5.There were no statistically significant differences in body mass index between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through the observation of 40 patients before and after treatment,professor song kang used the method of reinforcing lung,strengthening spleen and strengthening kidney to treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at a stable stage,which can improve their clinical symptoms and degree of breathing difficulties,reduce the number of acute exacerbations of the disease,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
