Therapeutic Effect Of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills On Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

Background Acute myocardial infarction,mostly on the basis of coronary atherosclerosis due to a cause of atherosclerotic plaque rupture,hemorrhage,thrombosis occurred acute coronary occlusion,a sharp decline in blood supply or interruption,so that the corresponding part of the myocardium serious and lasting acute lack blood,eventually necrosis.Coronary artery spasm-induced coronary endothelial cells,which function on normal or near-normal coronary arteries,and their functional impairment and necrosis can lead to thrombosis and AMI because of acute onset,severe illness,and prognostic risk,and are cardiology Critical illness.In recent years,direct percutaneous coronary intervention has been widely carried out in clinical practice,but PCI,stent,balloon and other acute coronary injury and sustained stimulation of chronic stimulation can lead to vascular endothelial injury,inflammation and platelet activation,Causing thrombosis,resulting in the occurrence of restenosis,seriously affecting the prognosis of ACS patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has multi-channel,multi-link,multi-target characteristics,of which Qishenyiqi drop pills in clinical practice has been widely used in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,the effect is better,but its for myocardial infarction after PCI study less.Therefore,we observed the effect of Qishenyiqi drop pills on the reperfusion arrhythmia,cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines in myocardial infarction patients after PCI.Objective To investigate the effect of Qishenyiqi drop pills on reperfusion arrhythmia,cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute myocardial infarction(STIMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Subjects selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital from January 2010 to May 2015 ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STIMI)61 patients were divided into two groups,were treated with PCI,experimental group of 27 cases,control group of 34 cases,The control group was given routine treatment during perioperative period.The treatment group was treated with Qishen Yiqi drop pills on the basis of routine treatment,and the reperfusion arrhythmia,cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines levels were observed in both groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 48 hours after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and other inflammatory markers in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishenyiqi drop pills can effectively control the reperfusion arrhythmia,recent inflammatory cytokines and improve the cardiac function of patients after PCI,so as to reduce the occurrence of cardiac adverse events,relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the prognosis.
