Observation On Curative Effect Of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills For Coronary Heart Disease Patients After PCI

ObjectiveBy dividing patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention accorded with theinclusion criteria randomly into two groups， respectively giving pure westernmedicine treatment and integrating therapy of Chinese and Western medicine（plustaking Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills）,observing the clinical curative effect to compare thepatients， TCM symptom score,syndrome score of blood stasis, serum lipidlevel,angina pectoris symptom relief and quality of life and evaluate the therapeuticeffect of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills in recurrence of angina pectoris respectively.MethodsA total of90patients with coronary heart disease received emegency or selectivePCI were randomized into two groups,the therapeutic group(n=45) and control group(n=45). The control group patients were given standardized angina pectoris medicinetreatment，the therapeutic group patients plus taken Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills on thebasis of western medicine.After6months,The variation of TCM symptomscore,syndrome score of blood stasis, serum lipid level,angina pectoris symptomrelief，quality of life，incidence of endpointevent were observed. Seattle AnginaQuestionnaire was used to evaluate degree of ease in angina symptoms and quality oflife. Security indicators included blood routine test, routine urine test, defecateconventional+occult blood test,liver and kidney function test,blood coagulationfunction examination.Results1.The baseline information between two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).2.After six months of treatmen syndrome score of blood stasis of two groups bothdecreased and difference between two points has statistics significance(p<0.05),the improvement of therapeutic group was better than control group. The differencebetween groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.After six months of treatment TCM symptom score of therapeutic groupdecreased with statistical significance (p<0.05) and control group increased withoutstatistical significance(p>0.05). TCM symptom score of the therapeutic group islower than control group with statistical significance (p<0.05).4.After six months of treatment, the level of TC、TG、LDL had decreased,HDLincrease in both two groups.The difference of LDL in therapeutic group, TG、HDL、LDL in control group between two points was statistically(p<0.05). Remaining indexhad no statistical difference in same group(p>0.05).The difference of LDL betweentwo groups was statistically.The difference of TC、TG、HDL between two groups hadno statistical significance.5.The comparision of Seattle Angina Questionnaire:After six months oftreatment, the score of Physical Limitation, Anginal Stability, Anginal Frequency,Treatment Satisfaction, Disease Perception were higher than pre-treatmentstatistically(p<0.05). The difference of Anginal Stability, Anginal Frequency, DiseasePerception between two groups was statistically.The difference of PhysicalLimitation，Treatment Satisfaction between two groups had no statistical significance.6.There weren，t endpoint events through the research.7.The safety monitoring showed no significant difference in pre-and posttreatment,which showed Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills has a good safety.ConclusionGiving patient with coronary heart disease after PCI Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills onthe basis of standardized angina pectoris medicine treatment can alleviate the anginapectoris symptoms，Qi deficiency and blood stasis symptom and improve the patient’squality of life obviously. Curative effect of integrating therapy of Chinese andWestern medicine is better than pure western medicine treatment in reducing LDL.Security indicators remains good safety of Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills.
