Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of autologous fat combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of atrophic acne scar and explore a therapeutic strategy with significant efficacy and safety, which can provide theoretical guidance for the rational choice of treatment in clinical practice. Methods: Forty patients undergoing plastic surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected.A total of 24 cases were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and divided into groups A and B: group A: autologous fat-filled treatment;group B: autologous fat + platelet-rich plasma-filled treatment. The scores of scars before, after 1 week and 3 months after surgery were scored using the ECCA weight scale, and patients recorded adverse reactions and postoperative self-satisfaction survey 3 months score.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to perform t-test and rank sum test on the obtained data,P(27)0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1.The group A,B were preoperative and postoperative 1 week,3 months after the ECCA weight score, the group paired t test, the P values ?? were less than 0.05.A,B group preoperative and postoperative 1 week,3 months after the score was statistically significant.2.The differences between the ECCA weight scores of preoperative and postoperative 3 months in group A and group B were independently t test,t> 0.05.A,B score between the two groups showed no significant difference.3.At 3 months after operation, the effective rate of treatment in group A was 75% and that in group B was 83.33%.The data of two groups were tested by rank sum test,P = 0.213> 0.05.There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency between group A and group B at 3 months after operation.4.After 3 months of surgery, the degree of skin improvement was evaluated. The scores of patients' satisfaction scores in the two groups were: 2.08±1.24,2.42±0.99 independent t test,P(27)0.05?A,B scores between the two groups were statistically significant.5.Common postoperative complications are: bruising, subcutaneous nodules, suppuration of infection, numbness discomfort. The incidence of postoperative morbidity in group A was 25%.The incidence of postoperative morbidity in group A was 8.3%.No fat embolism, systemic infection and other serious postoperative complications occurred in both groups. Conclusion: 1.Autologous fat combined with platelet-rich acne pits scars affirmed. There was no significant difference compared to the filling effect of a single autologous fat.2.Autologous fat combined with platelet-rich plasma has a better effect on skin quality than a single autologous fat.3.Autologous fat combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of pitting acne depression, the incidence of postoperative complications can be promoted in clinical use.
