Objective: To explore the clinical effect of STARR combined with asthenotomy for non-simple rectal protuberance. Methods: Analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to January 2012 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university anorectal surgery carried a simple rectum before treatment of the clinical data of 30 cases of female patients, preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks of efficient and February anorectal pressure, preoperative and postoperative anal right Angle degree change to evaluate the surgical effect. Results: 36 ~ 48 h postoperatively in patients with defecation, than preoperative defecate unobstructed,2 cases of postoperative urinary retention,1 case of postoperative bowel urgency,1 case of patients with postoperative personal reasons to give up treatment,2 weeks after treatment effect evaluation and treatment of 25 cases healed, accounted for 83.3%;Effective 4 cases,13.3%,total effective rate 96.7%;2 months compared with preoperative, postoperative anal canal diastolic blood pressure, anal canal resting pressure, rectal anus reflex threshold, rectal maximum systolic blood pressure, the initial threshold and defecate defecation threshold are improved, the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),In the 2 months after surgery, the degree of the anal right Angle was(121.6±15.8),which was significantly higher than that in the preoperative period(98.7±9.4),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two cases of uroschesis and 1 patient were treated by conservative treatment.Postoperative follow-up of 6~12 months did not see the complications such as vaginal fistula, massive hemorrhage, surgical incision infection, defecation incontinence, sexual pain discomfort and rectal pain discomfort. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the combination of the STARR and the combined anal revascularization for the treatment of constipation patients with non-simple rectal protuberance is definitely worth promoting. However, the sample size of this study is relatively small, and the long-term effects are not studied in depth, and further large samples and long-term studies are still needed in the later stage.
