Observation On The Effect Of Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets Combined With Kuijie Ling No. 1 Enema On Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets orally and Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets orally combined with Kuijie Ling NO.1 Chinese traditional medicine enema.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,one group was a treatment group and one group was a control group,with 30 cases in each group.There was no statistical difference in age,gender,symptoms,duration of disease,lesion location,severity of illness,etc.between the two groups.There was no difference between the two groups in general treatment(including adequate rest,reasonable diet,smoking cessation,alcohol abstinence,etc.).The treatment group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets on a regular basis(1g each time,4 times a day,and 1 hour after a meal).Oral administration before bedtime)was combined with the study of Kuijieling No.1 enema(150ml/bag,1 bag/day,retention enema before bedtime every night),and the control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets only on a general treatment basis(per 1g,4 times a day,1 hour after a meal and oral administration before going to bed,treatment for 4 weeks.After the end of treatment,the patients were followed up for 6 months.At the end of treatment,3 months after the end of treatment,and 6 months after the end of treatment,the overall treatment effect,main clinical symptoms,regular bowel movements,and changes in the mucosa under electronic colonoscopy were observed.The data obtained were processed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.The independent sample t test was used for the comparison between the two groups.The count data were analyzed by X~2 test.The P<0.05 was used as the standard for judging the significant difference.Result:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.The comparison between the two groups was conducted by X~2 test,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.2.The two groups were compared in the clinical symptoms of diarrhea and mucous abscess,and the first two groups were treated with independent sample t test,and P>0.05 was comparable.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was conducted by the paired sample t test,P<0.01,and the two groups were significantly different.Compared with the treatment group,P<0.05,the two groups were statistically different,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Compared with the improvement of mucosal lesions in the two groups,the first two groups were treated with independent sample t test,and P>0.05 was comparable.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was conducted by the paired sample t test,P<0.01,and the two groups were significantly different.After treatment,P<0.05,the two groups showed statistical difference,and proved that the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.The routine results of the stool were compared,and the two groups before treatment were tested by independent sample t,and P>0.05 was comparable.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was conducted by the paired sample t test,P<0.01,and the two groups were significantly different.After treatment,P<0.01,two groups showed statistically significant difference,which proved that the treatment group was more effective.5.During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.After the end of the treatment period,the follow-up period was 6 months.The treatment group relapsed in 2 cases and the control group relapsed in 7 cases.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation,mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of UC significant effect,can better repair intestinal mucosa and promote ulcer healing,improve overall efficiency,but also reduce the recurrence of ulcerative colitis rate.No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the study,indicating that the combined traditional and western medicine treatment is effective and safe and effective at the same time.
