Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis With Kuijie Enema And The Study Of The Influence On The Intestinal Flora Of Patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ulcerative colitis in the treatment of Kuijie enema and its influence on the intestinal flora of patients with randomized and parallel controlled clinical research methods.Research methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,92 patients with mild to moderate heat and dampness syndrome of ulcerative colitis who were admitted to the anorectal clinic and hospitalized in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups in parallel,49 in the treatment group and 43 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with ulceration enema and the control group was treated with mesalazine enema.8 weeks is the total course of treatment.The main observations were TCM syndrome scores,endoscopic scores,Mayo scores,Main symptom disappearance rate,quality of life,maintenance remission,and changes in intestinal flora.Results:1.From the comprehensive efficacy evaluation:92 patients with comprehensive efficacy evaluation showed that the treatment group was effective in 46 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the effective rate was 97.9%;the control group was markedly effective in 28 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,The effective rate was 88.4%,indicating that the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,p<0.05 was statistically significant;2,From the evaluation of the efficacy of mucosal lesions:46 cases of effective intestinal mucosal evaluation data showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05,statistically significant;3.From the evaluation of TCM symptom efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 95.92%and 81.95%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.4.From the perspective of laboratory examination,the CRP and ESR in the same group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was Lowering the inflammation index is superior to the control group;5.From the comparison of improvement of quality of life,the analysis of variance between the two groups showed that there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of SF-36 score in the treatment group was better than that of the control group;6.From the long-term efficacy of follow-up,the treatment group achieved an average of 11.458 months in the remission period and 5.881 months in the control group.The treatment group maintained a significantly better remission period than the control group.7.From the perspective of intestinal flora,studies have shown that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the total intestinal flora and the richness of the flora.Research conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Kuijie enema in the treatment of active and moderate mild to moderate ischemic UC is better than that of mesalazine in reducing inflammation index and improving intestinal flora.
