Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of ulcerative colitis(ulcerative colitis)in patients with ulcerative colitis(ulcerative colitis),the influence of ulcerative colitis prescription on the expression of ESR,CRP and colon p-gp was investigated,so as to explore the relationship between p-gp and ulcerative colitis. Methods:Anorectal outpatient and hospitalized cases included in the standard from September 2018 to December 2019 in the affiliated Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were collected.According to relevant standards,we selected 40 cases who were with mild to moderate damp heat syndrome of ulcerative colitis. The Patients were numbered according to the their enrollment time and then subjects were divided into two groups, they were treatment group and control group, each group had 20 cases. The treatment group was treated with Kuijie enema joined with western medicine, and the control group was treated with western medicine alone; One course of treatment was 30 days, and both groups received 2 courses of treatment. The patient's general condition, clinical comprehensive efficacy, diagnostic indicators(TCM symptom score, modified Mayo score),laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP),histological indicators(p-glycoprotein)were observed and analyzed.Results:(1)comprehensive efficacy index:In the treatment group, the clinical effective rate of patients was higher than that another group, and the difference between them was statistical(P<0.05).(2)TCM symptom score:Compared with the same group, the scores before and after treatment were decreased(P<0.05).Comparing the groups, the efficacy of TCM syndromes was effective, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)modified Mayo score:the modified Mayo score in the same group decreased significantly before and after treatment, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of modified Mayo score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)serum ESR and CRP levels:Compared with the same group before and after treatment,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)colon p-gp expression:The expression of P-gp was increased before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in P-gp content between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:1)Kuijie enema is an effective prescription for mild to moderate colitis of large intestine, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors(ESR,CRP).2)Kuijie enema can increase the expression of p-glycoprotein protein in the colon, which may be the mechanism of its action in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
