Objective:The treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection(Lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome)between 3-7 years old by Fujiu patch combined with the invigorating spleen for benefiting lung decoction and take it alone.Through the data analysis of the two treatment methods on the TCM symptoms of the effects of integration and disease, and evaluate the effectiveness of the two treatment methods for 3-7 years old repeated respiratory tract infection(lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome)children with effective and feasible treatment methods. Methods:According to the number of outpatient and random number table method,74 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n =37)and control group(n=37).The treatment group was treated with Fujiu patch combined with invigorating spleen for benefiting lung decoction, while the control group was treated with invigorating spleen for benefiting lung decoction for two years. Both groups of traditional Chinese medicine decoction from the first day of the first three or nine days of oral treatment, one month as a course of treatment, two courses of treatment each year. One observation point was set up at the end of treatment every year to record the integration of TCM syndromes. At the end of the second year of treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome was evaluated. The patients were followed up for one year. The number of respiratory tract infections, the average course of disease and the disease types were recorded during the follow-up period. Finally, the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups of treatment methods. Results:Curative effect evaluation(1)The TCM syndrome curative effect,in the treatment group,25 cases(67.6%)were cured,5 cases(13.5%)were markedly effective,3 cases(8.1%)were effective,4cases(10.8%)were invalid,33 cases(89.2%)were total effective. In the control group,17 cases were cured(45.9%),7 cases(18.9%)were markedly effective,2 cases(5.4%)were effective,11 cases(29.7%)were invalid, and 26 cases(70.3%)were total effective. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)The clinical curative effect, the treatment group28 cases(75.7%)were cured,3 cases(8.1%)were markedly effective,3 cases(8.1%)were effective,3 cases(8.1%)were invalid,34 cases(93.3%)were total effective. The control group 17 cases(45.9%)were cured,7 cases(18.9%)were markedly effective,3 cases(8.1%)were effective,10cases(27%)were invalid,27 cases(73.3%),two group were total effective, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was statistically different(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.II.Comparison of TCM Syndromes integration(1)At the end of the first year of treatment, both groups were able to effectively improve the other TCM symptoms except body weight loss(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of complexion Shaohua, hidrosis and thin sloppy stool(P < 0.05).(2)At the end of the second year of treatment, both groups could effectively improve all TCM symptoms(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of complexion Shaohua, hidrosis, shortness of breath, lazy speech and thin sloppy stool than the control group(P < 0.05).III.Improvement of the conditionThe two groups of treatment can effectively reduce the number of respiratory tract infection and the average course of disease(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the times of respiratory tract infection and the average course of disease, there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fujiu patch combined with invigorating spleen for benefiting lung decoction, internal and external use,can effectively prevent and treat 3-7 years old recurrent respiratory tract infection(lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome),thetreatment method is safe, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
