Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children’s Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection Of Lung Qi Deficiency Type With Self-made Bufeiqiangti Modified Formula

Purpose:Through the comparison of TCM syndrome score,immunoglobulin level,T cell subsets change and the improvement of the condition,to evaluate the therapeutic effect and advantages of Bufeiqiangti modified decoctionMethods: 60 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with bufeiqiangti modified decoction,the control group was treated with Yupingfeng granules,and the two groups were treated for 2 months respectively.Serum immunoglobulin and T cell subsets were measured before and after treatment,The patients were followed up regularly every 4 weeks or so and their condition was recorded.Results: the total effective rate of disease(90%)and syndrome(96.67%)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the appetite,food intake and stool symptoms(P<0.05);In terms of incidence,the comparison of incidence times and average course of disease in the treatment group before and after treatment(P< 0.05),In terms of disease grade,the treatment group had better effect on the course grade of children(P< 0.05);the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in regulating the level of serum immunoglobulin and the change of T cell subsets(P<0.01).Conclusion:the bufeiqiangti modified decoction is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
